Service was amazing, and the food was great.

Good atmosphere but the bouncers are extremely rude. Bartenders are great with service and drinks. Mixed experience. Good crowd on Friday nights.
Very nice experience. Waitress and staff were very nice. It is a little pricey, but for the price it is worth it.

Great location, hilariously bad and overrated restaurant. Loud techno/rap music and dry, tasteless burgers (we ordered 6 and no one at our table even ate more than half of theirs) Service was 0/10. Took forever to get served, get our food, and get the check.Oh and wish I would have taken a picture of the “avocado toast”. Hilarious! More like an old slice of non toasted wonder bread with minimal avocado slices and a hard boiled egg on top. We were legit laughing when it came out after they had originally come out with the wrong meal.Also forgot to mention they brought us an extra burger, which we then actually had to pay for! Lol!Asked the manager if we could play commentary for the game and was met with a cold and somewhat rude response. Like somehow we were asking for something unreasonable. A little bit of customer service goes a long way.If you have standards for food quality and service, look somewhere else.
Cool location at The Star in Frisco and worth the trip for this restaurant's onion rings alone - hands down the BEST I've ever had. Also good are the shrimp ceviche bites, the mimosas at brunch, and the strawberry milkshake.
Sadly, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Our party of 12 had a late lunch here. We all found the food to be decent, but nothing worth coming back for. Our drinking glasses were dirty and the food and bar service was slow. But, mostly I found myself uneasy with my waitress. When we were ordering I mentioned my child's life threatening food allergy and asked her to please inform the kitchen (which I have done hundreds of times over the years at hundreds of restaurants), unfortunately she left me feeling unsure on whether she heard me or understood me because she did not write it down and she barely responded to me. So, after a few minutes of being uneasy about it I went back up to her and mentioned it again, she again didn't really respond to me. In most of my experience the waitress is kind and reassuring and makes me feel confident that she will inform the kitchen. The whole experience left me feeling unimpressed and will not be returning.
The food was great, however the service was probably the worst I’ve ever had at any restaurant. Our server Chloe simply refused to be bothered with checking on us at all. I finally had to get a different server to bring me my check, and that was about 20 minutes after we had finished eating and both had empty drinks. Had planned on having another drink after lunch, but didn’t have another couple hours to waste waiting on Chloe to check on us. It literally pains me not to tip well, extremely well even, (I know servers are grossly underpaid and rely on tips) but I had no choice but to withhold a nice tip this time, as Chloe has to understand that tips are earned with service. And to be clear, they were not busy at all. We were the second folks in the restaurant today and it still hadn’t gotten busy by the time we left.
This was a nice place to eat except for the fact that they hold your credit card when having drinks and food (which I usually don’t mind) but I paid cash for my transaction at the end and they also charged my card. When I called them to get it situated, the phone just rings and rings and states to leave a text message. I explained the situation and they kept texting back that they’ll look into the situation. 3 weeks later after texting back and forth, the so called manager calls me just to tell me to call my bank… umm why my bank, when y’all took my cash then also took it from my account??? Long story short, they charged me twice and I won’t get my money back. I spent a good amount in there and they made double. The manager stated they have no recollection or proof that I paid cash… pretty much calling me a liar. Never again! Just giving y’all a heads up next time y’all go in there and y’all wanna pay cash. Smh, my first and last time there!
