This chipotle has the WORST staff/management I’ve ever encountered. I’ve had terrible experiences in the past with incorrect orders here but tonight I finally had enough. They are supposed to close at 10:00pm. I arrived at 9:05pm and all of the doors were locked. The staff inside all just looked at me and ignored me. I went back to the car and waited in front of the location and watched them hang a sign in the front door stating they closed at 9:00pm tonight instead of 10:00pm. (see photo of sign attached)The ONLY reason a store should ever close early in my opinion is if there is a plumbing OR electric issue and it is impossible to operate. This was not the case. Electricity was absolutely working just fine. These kids simply chose to close early, I can only assume because they don’t have a manager. OR, If they do have a manager; the manager is absolutely terrible at managing their staff and holding them accountable & must not expect their staff to remain open during normal business hours.The worst part? I have been in the parking lot watching… it’s now 9:30pm and I’ve watched OVER FIFTEEN CUSTOMERS try to enter this Chipotle to get food. Once they realize they aren’t open, they are clearly very agitated and confused. It PAINS me to watch how much business this location TURNED AWAY in this hour they closed early. And not just tonight, but they’ve lost future business as well. I will never return. WORST location in the country. Poor management, TERRIBLE staff. Just look at the other reviews. This location needs a complete and total overhaul of their employees! I wish I could give it 0 stars.
Food is decent but the cleanliness of this place is nonexistent. Pretty nasty. The shelf where they make your food on is filthy. My burrito literally slid across old food that they hadn’t cleaned up. They also are always out of some type of item.If you can choose a different chipotle. I highly advise you to.
Ordered Sofrita Burrito which was dripping water. I have had it many times at other locations, never had this happen. Quality at this location is really bad and staff didn’t know what they were doing.
Worst experience in a chipotle ever… the manager could not even help with my son getting some lemon, lime or lemon juice. No trays for kids meals and no spoons. The cashier was really rude and over charged us. Definitely not coming back to this location.
Counted 8 people working but only 1 kid making burritos. Spent 25 minutes in line and they were out of half their ingredients. Have to go back to work with out lunch cause that took up all my time. Won't be back to this location
Food was great, the line moved quickly even though they were crowded at lunchtime. Everything was hot and fresh with good portions.
By far one of the worst Chipotle’s i’ve ever been to. Placed an order to pick up in store and arrived a few minutes after when the app said it would be ready. Keep in mind all i ordered was a single taco and a side of chips and queso. As I waited nearly 25 minutes for my food to be ready, I watched 3 girls at the register standing around and talking trash on the customers not helping make any food. One employee actually lunged at a customer once he turned around after she gave him his food, as if she was going to fight him. That same girl ended up making HERSELF a bowl while i was STILL waiting for my food, and then left right after. I would understand if they were busy but they didn’t have to many customers and there were employees just standing around doing absolutely nothing. And to top it all off my side of queso was barely half full. All the little girls that work here all have an attitude problem and think they're entitled even though they work at a Chipotle lmao. Some nerve. Do not go here.

Nearly out of sour cream as the team member had to go back and make a new container. The guacamole had only avocado and cilantro. Then the small bag of chips had 8 and an 1/8th of chips. Like only that many individual pieces.I had to go home cut my own tomatoes, onions, and drain my own corn just to even get to what I normally get.This was not worth 14$.Thank you rant over.
This place has awful service. They are ALWAYS out of meats, rice, and veggies. And when it’s their fault, they still require you pay extra. They were out of veggies, one of the TWO veggie options, so I had to default to sofritas. They refused to give me a free guac because it was “sofritas” but it was their fault for not prepping correctly and not having veggies. Always a line, never prepped correctly, employees are not accommodating. Would recommend ANY other Chipotle location.
I can’t believe this place. They tortilla press was down and the taste of this food was unlike any other chipotle I’ve ever tasted. The queso was clumpy and I can’t even describe the taste but it was not good. Chips were stale and bowl was just ok. I wonder who is man against this place because they need a makeover
