I just went to this location yesterday 5/27.I ordered a bowlBrown riceBlack beansBarbacoaPicoGreen salsaCheese and lettuceAnd I got food poisoning. So please be aware and stay safe.

I love going to chipotle because it is an awesome healthy option. But sadly this chipotle is just like every other one. Skimpy on the meat and every other ingredient and order is wrong most of the time. It’s frustrating when you order on DoorDash to get your order delivered and it’s wrong. The whole point of ordering door Dash so you don’t have to go out, and when they get the order wrong their solution is for you to come pick it up. Not satisfied with service.

This is a nice location with quick service. I’ve been coming here ever since I moved to Plano in December of last year. I’d like to give a special shout out to Bri for taking the time to ask how my day was and being a kind and beautiful soul. In such a crazy, bustling world, it was reassuring to pause for a second and interact with such a kind and pleasant worker. Keep up the good work Bri!

Had an order placed at 1:30pm for pick up at the location, once I arrived my order was no where to be found, checked with the register (Letia or Ledia) to help, she sounded a bit feisty with her response, I supplied her with the information that’s needed to track my order (confirmation email, tracking info, etc) she first stated she didn’t see no order, then she stated she found the order and that Grubhub came and delivered my phone to my location, I called the house and no sign of the food being there, I went back and front desk lady (Letia or Ledia) stated I should talk to Grubhub.First she stated she didn’t see no records of my food, then she stated based on her system that my food was delivered, but wasn’t since I choose on the website for “pickup” last she stated to call Grubhub.Poor customer service, could have provided what I ordered which was willing to wait. Grubhub is not willing to refund since the order was placed and Letia or Ledia also confirmed that she saw my order in the system.

I have to agree with the other reviews I read. The staff is most definitely not welcoming nor friendly. Please don’t except to be greeted at all. My daughter and I decided to have a after school mother daughter date and she picked chipotle because it’s close by. I’m sure the cashier Talia was having a bad day. Rude as all can be. We all have our days but we also have to learn to as we work with customers and or clients they should not be able to tell that you’re having a bad day. I think entire staff needs to do through more training or maybe it’s the company moral. Whatever it may be I hope they get it together. We know when people are happy at work it shows. Not so good customer service is common for this location which is the reason we stopped eating chipotle unless we go to the one in the colony. I can say…that least this time the rice wasn’t hard and the chicken wasn’t burnt! Thumbs up to the cook working on this day 2/8/2022

Don't order online for pickup, your food can/will be taken by whomever chooses to go to the pickup cart and get orders that don't have their name on it. THEN you'll have to prove that you placed and paid for your order before being told somebody must have taken it. And the little girl making the pickup orders will give major attitude because you're looking for something you already paid for. But wait, there's more! Then you'll have to go through the line and have it made all over again. NEVER going to that location again.

I ordered chicken rice bowl but I got steak bowl they misplaced my order completely disappointed with the service.

I love Chipotle, and I visit this location frequently because it’s closest to where I live/work.The staff here isn’t very friendly and they rarely smile or welcome me. I most always order the Veggie Salad, and they are always very tight on ingredients they give. When I ask for extra veggies, the woman behind the counter always sighs and doesn’t give much more.The store also doesn’t feel or look clean. There are always empty dirty tables with leftover food, napkins, straw wrappers, and drinks every time I visit.On this visit, the tray the cashier put my food on was dirty. It had dried salsa and crumbs on it. I had to get a new tray.Other than that, the food had always tasted good as expected. I just wish they had better customer service experience.

Don't order online at this location, had similar experience three times. They miss something or the other. This time no salsa whatever even though I requested two of them.

Worst chipotle experience. Way too much rice and very little of all other stuff that goes in to the burrito bowl. I just got a bowl of rice that’s all. I had bad chipotle experience before - this is way way worst.
