Best Chili's experience I've ever had. The food was better than expected; I was impressed, and I'm not normally a fan of chili's. Even the drink was amazing. I had the lucky something and a margarita.
This restaurant is not customer friendly. They simply do not care for customer. No good will. By mistake I ordered wrong food which we do not eat, they denied to replace. They lost one customer its that simple!!!!!!!!!!!!
Prompt and polite service, good reliable food. It was very busy that Friday night yet all the servers were on top of it. There was one discrepancy with our bill, and the manager sorted it out quickly for us.
My first time eating at a Chili's. While our server was fantastic, I think his name was Isaiah or Isaac I was not impressed with the quality or quantity of the food.
Just awful. Not the same customer service it used to have. We showed up at 8:45 and the sign at the door said “Dining room closed, only bar seating available” which was already a problem but to make matters worse, they locked the doors. They close at 10 so why are the doors locked at 8:45?? And people were in their eating and the server just stared at us and walked way. Do not come here especially if you’re hungry because you won’t be able to even get inside to order.
My food was great and service was even better. Host knows me and my friends and remembered my favorite booth, and the server Dillon (Dylan?) was beyond nice, even one of the best servers I’ve ever had. I love this place and I’m going to keep coming! Thanks guys.
Everything went wrong.My husband ordered the bacon rancher burger that said it comes with 6 strips of bacon, there was no bacon on his burger. My burger was so undercooked I couldn't eat it, I felt really bad but I asked our server if I could get it cooked some more. When I got my burger back and finally started eating, the ceiling started dripping on our table and food. We told our waiter (who was absolutely wonderful) that we just needed a box and our check, he said he would go get at least one of the burgers taken off our check. When he came back he said he asked his manager to comp one meal and his manager said "How about half" and took $4 off our check. The manager wouldn't even come and talk to us about our awful experience, even when the ceiling started leaking on us. DO NOT go to this location.
We had a small issue happen and Craig was very understanding, very kind, and the best considerate manager I’ve ever met. He was very playful towards our daughter, which put a big smile on her face.
My husband and I are enjoying our evening away from our 3 month old and the service here is very poor. We waited almost 10 minutes to get drinks and people seated well after us got theirs. It’s not very busy In the establishment, and service was just slow.I have been a server and bartender before in my previous years so I know how easy it is to just run and grab drinks as we as get an order correct. I know sometimes it can fall onto the kitchen side.
Another great lunch time with wife. Our waitress took great care of us. The food is great.
