We sat down at 7:25. Ordered the 2 for $25 and advised the waitress that we would be taking the dessert to go which came with ice cream. Before we received an appetizer, food, margarita or anything the waitress brought the dessert with the ice cream in a to go bag. At 8:10 still didn't have my margarita I ordered. The waitress was not attentive I had to keep asking other waiters for things. I finally asked for the manager. Spoke with the manager who offered to comp my meal. I thanked her and advised I didn't need my meal comped I just needed a new waitress or waiter and she agreed. Only for the same waitress to come BACK and still provide super mediocre service.
Waited an excessive amount of time to be seated in an empty restaurant. Then we had to wait an unreasonable amount of time to be waited on at our table. However, one on the waitresses was giving a LOT of attention to 2 friends of hers…,.at their table talking and NOT doing what she is paid to do. Chili’s, just close your doors!
Definitely going down hill! Service in the past was usually efficient but not the same anymore. Came on a Sunday and even though there were tons of empty tables (pic evidence), costumers had to wait 15mins to be seated because they only had 3 servers for the whole restaurant. Queso arrived barely warm and kids meal only took about 30mins! Won’t be back here in a hurry.
If I could give less than 1 - I would. This used to be a very nice place. Went over the weekend, early - maybe like 5 customers. Lots of open seats and bar stools. We however, were escorted to a booth where the seats were ripped to SHREDS...LITERALLY THE INSIDES SHOWING DOWN TO THE BOTTOM-JAGGED EDGED-BOTH SIDES...and the table was filthy...If you cant keep your seats covered and your people don't know to NOT sit someone where their clothes would be ripped...you dont get my money. Never again...I used to love it there but nope never again...
i was just at chilis. ordered a bacon burger and jennifer, our waitress, was very helpful and nice. my burger was pretty good too. didn’t like the people i sat with tho. also rams won which lowkey ruined my experience.
Worst Chili's I've ever been to. Food was bad an there's was no alcohol in the drinks.
Very burnt and dry ribs. I did attempt to call about this but no one answers the phone. I gave two stars because the potatoes were good.
Going down hill fast. Went in tonight to enjoy a dinner with my wife. The majority of the restaurant was unoccupied and seating was widely available. However, the only option we could have was the last remaining booth in a incredibly crammed section right next to the kitchen entrance. I'm not expecting a luxury restaurant experience at Chili's, however, when a customer asks to be seated in a more comfortable booth, they shouldn't be told that is the only option when there are literally 20 other tables/booths available. I don't care if you only have limited servers. We are still in a pandemic and spacing is still important. So we were basically told it was that or nothing. We choose to leave. I called and asked to speak to the manager who insisted that "providing us a good experience" is their main objective. How does that work? A good experience would be to say "sure we can give you a more comfortable seat only 15 ft away from the unfavorable booth". So instead if keeping an almost weekly customer coming in, we are done. Sad, it used to be a place we enjoyed. Now we have to find somewhere new.
Was greeted by a friendly door greeter and was quickly seated in the front of the restaurant. All seemed like it was going to go smoothly. After waiting about 20-25 minutes we still hadn't had our drink orders taken. I saw other people coming in being seated and immediately having drink orders taken. By this time I was upset and decided to leave. When leaving we were bid farewell with an enthusiastic have a great night. The staff had no clue we were there even though we were sitting 10 feet from them. Sad. This will be my last time ever going to a chili's as the service has been terrible at any of them that I go to no matter what city or state.
Joey is an awesome bartender. He represents the core components of Service thst any restaurant would be proud of.
