Best damn chicken I've ever had. The crunch. The gravy. The fries. Perfection wrapped in a box. Holy mama jumbas guys idk how this place doesn't have 5 stars.
Good food. Always check your order. I've had items left out twice and gravy put on potatoes when I requested that there be none. Not enough problems to make me stop ordering from here.
I look ordered #5 gizzards & chicken tenders and had to pull forward & waited additional 15 minutes for my order just to get hoke either the wrong order. Called & spoke to manager named Terron at 12055 Custer Rd Frisco tx. Let him know what happened and he told me just to come by any time if the week & they would give me a new order since I live in Prosper. He said he was writing it down. Went by Saturday night to get my new order spoke to someone in charge & she told me there was nothing written down and to come back on Monday when he was working. What a joke. Like I would make any of that up. How in the world would I have gotten his name in the first place. So much for customer service!! Should have taken a picture of the place because it was nasty and no one was at the counter so I had to get someone’s attention.
I ordered a 12 piece family meal through the drive thru, when I arrived home, it turns out I was given the 8 piece meal instead, and charged for the 12 piece. They weren't busy at all, so there shouldn't have been a problem putting together a correct order.
Other than the young lady handling my food at the window being a bit preoccupied, the service wasn’t bad and the food was consistent with other locations.
Awful, absolutely not edible. I love chicken express this location is a menace to the chain. The chicken was the only thing we could eat. The french fries were both grease and undercooked as were the buns. The corn on the cob had an alcohol aftertaste. Absolutely horrendous. Choose any other location, the extra time will be worth it, you will save yourself a drive back to return/complain about the quality of the food.
I advertently bypassed the speaker and went straight to the window. It was an honest mistake. I was the only one in the line. Although they accommodated me they really had a negative conversation about it and I could hear the whole conversation through the drive-through window. How unprofessional. Never patronize a place does that does not value and appreciate
Went here on 12/06/2021 at 11:40am..,no one said anything when I pull in the drive thru. I said Hello, then a man came on rudely and said “yeah! Can you wait a second” No customer Service. I only said hello because I wasn’t sure if it was working being that when I pulled in I wasn’t greeted or anything. It was just silence.
