The staff here is mostly composed of teenagers. I’ve never really felt comfortable ordering here solely for that particular reason. I overheard a young lady talking about my car in a rude manner. There’s been plenty of times when I order something small, yet I’m told to go park in the parking lot to wait. I end up waiting over 10 to 15 minutes, sometimes I even think that they’ve forgotten about my order. I go through the drive thru to be helped out in a quick manner, not to be told to park.
Store was closing early due to inclement weather. This is the second time that I put an online order in, and was told that I did not arrive in time to pick up my order. The app said the store was closing at 5 PM and as long and I could hop in the drive-through line by then I could pick up my order. I got there at 4:58 and the drive-through was already blocked off. The young man working the drive-through said that I was too late and could not pick up my online order. And I get that it was cold outside and he wanted to go home, but he was very rude and condescending about it. This is twice that this has happened. Fine if that’s your rule, but you need to change the verbiage on the app. The app clearly states as long as you get there before closing your order will be processed. Just frustrating.
Not what you expect in your average Chick fil A. The last time I went there they got my order wrong. They gave me fried nuggets instead of grilled. The young lady at the window was polite, but the manager who came to the window was not. Also, I'm used to a long line at a Chick fil A, but it moves fast. Well, I was in this line for a while. They were moving so slow. I will not be going back.
Went through the drive-thru on a Saturday morning. It was busy! Still, with probably 20 cars ahead of me, it only took me about 8 minutes to order and pick up my order. They have this place running like a well oiled machine. My stepson's sausage biscuit was humongous, too. Just wish they would put the cream and sugar in my coffee like McDonald's does. Makes it easier driving.
Food is always good. But the service is slipping. There is a constant long drive-thru line. Even ordering ahead and doing curbside pickup is slow.
Easily the slowest chick-fil-a I’ve ever been too and likely the slowest in the country. It’s almost like they don’t even care. I sat in the drive through line for 20 mins a couple weeks ago. I’m sitting here not moving again this morning.
So I ordered the chicken minis, they were the smallest pieces not qualified to be a nugget really. The buns were sticky and on top of that they were barely warm. I believe this is my 1st disappointment with them in soo many years besides taking the Asian salad off menu. They would do good to bring that one back. I'd eat more salads. Anyway, liked the lemonade as always. The customer service is super.Happy eating y'all, now Go get your grub on
Always busy which should tell folks what a great chicken and side menu is waiting for them! They even have tortilla soup right now and the Mac and cheese is so creamy. Shakes, kale salad and a breakfast menu too. Reasonably priced, super polite and friendly employees and good food. Worth waiting for...
This was my first time being inside a Chick-fil-A. All my other visits have been drive-thru or curbside. I will say that they did a really good job serving our needs. They even brought everything to our table: a really nice touch.
Chik fil a is the best. This particular store works really hard to get orders out to drive thru customers as quickly as possible. For example, if you order a diet coke, they note that on their monitor and will run it out to you so you don't have to wait behind all the other cars that ordered actual food. Love this - especially because they have the good nugget ice.
