Bad service. Cashier named Nahum, something like that, doesn’t have good communication and a has a bad attitude. I was waiting for my turn and he was just staring at me, until i walked up to him. After paying he did not give me my receipt and didn’t even asked what dressings I would like. I had to take my own receipt from the machine. Poor service.?

This experience was horrible! The guys name was nakeem. He was completely rude! I got up to the counter he didn’t even acknowledge me. He just stood there I asked if he was ready he said yeah. He didn’t ask how I was doing of I was ready to order or anything. So I ordered and then he said that’s it? After he typed in my order, he just looked at me. I waited and then he said it’s ready. So I had to ask him what my total was he answered and the. Tried to walk away. I had stop him and mention to him what sauces I wanted because he never asked me. He turned grabbed the sauces and just tossed them on the counter and walked off. He grabbed my bag and gave it to and that was all. He didn’t say have a good day or anything he clearly hates his job. Please hire people that care about your brand. Every time I’ve come here there are always guests talking about his attitude. I didn’t ask him to work there. He should quit if he doesn’t like his job. I hope management cares

Absolutely worst service ever. Two workers had the worst attitude ever. Right when i walked up to the cash register the person taking my order was very rude his name was Kenneth he immediately had an attitude with me when i asked for two separate orders. One for my boss and one for me. And his response was well i advice you not to do that with the worst attitude and i told him that it was for me and my boss and we are paying separately for our meals. He responded with oh okay i guess. And i proceeded to tell him the two orders and for mine i asked for a sweet tea and he was filling it up and it ran out of sweet tea so he filled the the rest with unsweet tea . And said we don’t have anymore sweet tea Ana handed it to me and walked away. Then as i was getting my food i asked another lady for chick-fil-a sauces because none of the meals had them and i asked for them while i was ordering and she said there was some already in there and completely ignored me and filled up 5 people’s drinks and another worker had to tell her I’ve been waiting for her when she saw me still standing there. And then she handed me a handful of chick-fil-a sauce and said here you go does this make you happy now. And i just walked away because i almost lost it. If i could put negative stars i would. Worst service i ever experienced.

Worst chickfila I've even been to. The box that contained the grilled sandwich was the greatest and was extremely messy. The grilled sandwich had the bacon underneath the sandwich itself. And they filled the macaroni half way!!!. On top they served like 10 other people before me. I was waiting a solid 15 minutes. Everybody else 5 minutes or less. Never would I recommend this chickfila to anyone not even to my enemy!. TERRIBLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!..

Stopped by for lunch yesterday around 2pm the front counter guy was talking to another customer that was notborsering anything. When I got up to the counter. The cashier stated. "What do you want?" I told him a #2. He asked back. "Drink?" At this point I just walked away. Someone one needs to get this guy up to Chick-fil-A standards. It seemed like he was more interested in talking to his buddy than helping me. I will not return here.

Maci had good customer service when she took my order however I wasn’t completely satisfied with the food. chicken on my sandwich was overcooked, large fry container was only filled up halfway and the fries had too much salt. however i could tell they were short staffed with a lot of customers and were working hard so good job anyways?

Horrible service waited 15min for a spicy chicken sandwich just the sandwich. And there was no line.

Came for a job and didn't get it. However, I can tell the staff was lovely.

I have been a regular customer at this Chik Fil A for years. Recently their service level has plummeted. One register open, employees just standing around, and a lone that grows longer and longer. And that is when there is nobody in the mall!
