I love Chick Fil A so much but this location does not live up to their standard. My food has been cold a number of times. The staff isn’t your CFA friendly. The wait times are long. Extremely disappointing
Had two items missing from my order. I usually grab the bad through the drive through and don’t check the contents since the line is so long. We made it all the way to the apartment 3 miles do realize two items were missing. I usually don’t go back but this was half of the order. Went back they said they would replace it - grabbed the bag and drive off again in a hurry to make it to work- only to learn an item was missing again. Wow .
98% of Chick-Fil-A’s are precise and sufficient with their drive thru, however this particular location is the worst. I’ve been in the drive thru line for 16 mins and have yet to order my food. The thing is that once you are in line, there is NO escaping. Your only choice is to wait your turn and decide it you are still in the mood to eat Chick-fil-A once you finally get to the order. They always seem to ruin it for me. This location is the slowest/worst!
Worst location to order your food: Dallas Pkwy and Lebanon! Manager insensitive and rude:I ordered worth $50, w missing dressing, burnt fries and condiments missing! Provided no solution, when I called them:
Great food but the got an order wrong and we didn't catch it until after we paid so that was unfortunate but great otherwise
Love this place shown so much love!! They went way over board!! Look at the sauces!
Chick Fil A is awesome and fast. Even if the line is long, you get through and have your food faster than any other drive through.
Definitely below the standard CFA in terms of drive-thru wait time. Made the mistake for breakfast thinking they would be fast then got stuck in their line with the way it's poorly designed. They trap you in. Ha!
It is tremendously disappointing that this location repeatedly has failed to deliver an authentic experience to locals who patronize this establishment. It is discouraging that no matter how many requests a customer makes to speak to leadership it does not happen. I had a poor experience where not only the health and safety for the city of Frisco was compromised, integrity and company culture seemed to be the last thing on the menu when I visited. I have catered from this location on several occasions, supported tirelessly and I feel sorrowful that leadership has allowed this beautiful location to come to its current state.
Never in the history of Earth has there ever been a better ran drive-through! You can count on the food always being good as well as the employees and the service. The fact that they have sugar free lemonade pushes it over the top.
