It was a great experience as always! The only thing is that I tried ordering a strawberry frosted lemonade and I was told They didn't make them at that location but 2 of my friends I was with walked out with strawberry frosted Lemonades. I love everything about chic fil a but I think making sure all. The workers know what you offer is important! Love the food and the environment here!
Almost every Chick-fil-A is amazing and the professionalism was definitely served at our pleasure. All the food was delicious in the service quick and incredible. Can't ask more than just a good time at Chick-fil-A.So a 2 week update and I Got to order my food from a young gentleman named Bryce. If it was extremely friendly and professional. If I was shocked when my wife pointed out that he was in training. I literally thought he was like a veteran. Great personality excellent service and the best professionalism.
Just visited this location with a friend before the FC Dallas game 7:30 pm on 3/19/22. Was ignored continuously by employees only to be helped by order taker when he came back from outside. It was cold inside, customer service was poor, forgot several items from our order, order presentation was bad. Only good things about the experience was the sauce, milkshake, food temperature, and the fact I was eating with a friend. Overall bad experience especially for a Chick Fil A. Killed my desire to even go to the game.
Excellent service as always. Lady cut in front of me in the drive thru lane ....an employee saw it told the manager he came out and was very impressed how he handled it and kicked her out of line. Great leadership by this manager!
I want to start of by saying that I LOVE Chick-fil-A but I am very disappointed with this location. I placed an order for my husband to pickup online and for the first time in the hundreds of times I’ve ordered a salad… they tell me that I cannot customize it. How am I not able to customize a salad when there is a customize option???!! I don’t understand how that is even a thing but I will not be coming back to this location. Makes absolutely no sense
For the first time, I was denied a extra salsa packet. I didn't quite catch this lady’s name who was not only rude, but I think she was a manager there. She was there at 7:21 AM on January 12th. I have never had this issue, thanks for ruining my breakfast. Just asked for one extra salsa packet for my burrito.
This is my favorite place to get takeout breakfast. They have the best egg biscuit around. Their little hash browns aren't as delicious as their waffle fries, but they're probably the best ones in the area aside from the all-one-piece type. Their iced coffee is very decent even though they don't have fancy flavors. If you're not eating in the car, I highly recommend the chicken biscuit with honey. More than any other fast food I visit, Chick-fil-A is the most reliably good
I visited this ckic-fil-a on Saturday afternoon for dinner, I ordered my usual a spicy southwest salad, and when I was eating I found this unpleasant surprise. Dirt on my salad!I been a costumer since they open this restaurant, I have a closer chick-fil-a from home, but I have always loved this restaurant and I had never mind driving a little longer to this one. But this loyal costumer is never going back to this restaurant again.I recommend everyone to check what you are eating from this restaurant!
Very poor service today at this location. I placed an order on the app, then got to the restaurant and decided to pick up insid instead of the drive through. The guy at the counter checked my order in and told me the order will be right up. I waited for 15 minutes and then asked someone who later identified himself as the manager about my order. He checked for the order and said that he could not find anything under my name. I pulled it up on my app and again it took another 10-15 minutes for it to be processed . When I asked for the manager the same guy came up and with all honesty did not seem to care about my concerns. Very disappointing!
