Ordered on the app for delivery. The rice in both bowls was completely raw. I went up to the store to have the bowls remade. The person at the counter was friendly and agreed that they should be remade. The person in the back who remade our bowls was very rude and annoyed that they had to be remade. I made the mistake of not checking the new bowls, and, of course, the annoyed rude employee left out the chicken, avocados and other toppings. I understand that mistakes happen, and my request to have the bowls remade was reasonable. Also, I called several times before heading back up there, but they never answer the phone.
First time stopping at this location for a quick carry out.Service is terrible. Very poor customer service. Extremely disappointed because I like the food, but the service is lacking.The bar was almost empty, no chicken, no toppings but nothing was communicated. I asked for chicken, they seemed clueless, they checked in the back, then came back to tell me it was going to be 10min.The cashier wanted to charge me for an extra pita side, as this was never communicated. He said, “ Well, now you know”.Please take the time to educate and train your employees as customer service is valuable, that is how you retain customers and help your business grow.I was willing to wait 10 more min, but I could not accept the associate’s tone and attitude. Even wanted to charge me for an extra side of pita, regardless of having to wait 10min. No courtesy, no respect !I ended up going somewhere else.
This place is hit and miss. 3 times we went and it was incredibly delicious. The last 4 times we have had issues - missing items, inedible rice where we threw away and ordered pizza, and just bad service, like not coming to the window for 5 minutes, or assisting someone out of line when at the counter when we had been waiting. Have tried to call, but they don't answer their phones. Good luck with this place, because you're gonna need it. It may be scrumptious, it may be trash, you may get all of your order, you may not.
I only go when I know Emily is the manager on duty because I have gone twice when there was a tall skinny man in charge and the place was a WRECK. Counters not wiped down, food was low, and just wasn’t what I was used to when Emily is there. Don’t get me wrong! The food is AMAZING! However, a clean store is what the customer wants to see. And It’s always clean when Emily is in charge!
I’ll preface this by saying I was going to add a photo, but it was too good to not dig into immediately. This was my first time at this location, and I was blown away by how different it was from other locations. It was so clean when I walked in, the staff were super attentive and friendly, and the girl who served me, Tina, did an excellent job. She greeted me with a smile, got the PERFECT proportions, and the presentation of the bowl was something you would expect to see in a commercial. Other locations just throw it together, the bowl not really filled up as much, and I’m not too picky about presentation honestly, but compared to what I got here, it was night and day difference. The ingredients were also very and filled with flavor, and this location made me feel like I got exactly what I paid for. 5/5 indeed, Tina killed it ??

ALWAYS check your online orders when you pick up. Love the food at CAVA, but the service in this location is awful. I've had a couple of bad experiences where portion sizes are to small or they put the wrong dressing. I usually let it go, but this recent time was too much and I won't be going back anymore.I was craving their corn so I decided to order for dinner. Go to the app and website and the option is unavailable. Guessing they were out. That's fine, I ordered anyway. Went to go pick up my order by drive-thru and there was already a car in front of me at the window. 10 minutes go by and no movement. The guy in front has to get out of his car and knock on the window to get someone's attention. He gets his order and then I get mine after.I go home and start prepping my own corn to put in the bowl since they didn't have any. I take out the bowl out of the bag and notice it's looking a little...empty. I open it it and poke around and they DIDN'T PUT ANY MEAT ON THERE. What?! How do you forget that? It was literally rice, lettuce and chips. There was sauce on there, but barely.I knew I was done with them at that point and wanted a refund. Didn't know if they would be able to do that over phone or if I contacted them through email. With how bad the service is, I assumed I wasn't going to get a refund. So, I drove ALL the way back to the location. Waited in line to get seen. Arrived at the front of the line and told them there was no meat on my order and provided my receipt.The employee looks at my order and does notice there is no meat. The employee was nice and offered to put the meat I wanted on the side. As I left, saw that there actually was corn. Smh. -_-I go home to see how much meat the guy put in the bag and it looked like there was barely anything in the container. Filled up maybe 1/3 of the soup container he put it in. I combine the meat with rest of the food, and yup, there is barely any meat on there.It's been real CAVA. Memorable (not in a good way), and I won't be back.
Cava at Eldorado & Custer is absolutely THE BEST!!! Service is top notch, everyone is so friendly and customer service oriented. The food is on point every time!! (And I am there at least 3X a week). I highly recommend this location. Fantastic!!Big Kudos to Katy, Tasha, Daisy and Emily. They all have the best attitudes and provide outstanding service!!!
Emily & Alex at the location at Custer & Eldorado in Frisco were wonderful tonight! The winter storms are coming and they helped us build our bowl before closing the doors, when they did not have to. Love this place! This makes us want to return even more often!
Tried lunch here for first time (and last). I had an order for a rice/greens bowl for curbside pickup. The food is good and tasted well but there were a couple of issues1) They did not give the side order of pita that was in the order.2) The portion size is really really small (it's like kids meal size). Paid $11 for the bowl and it was only a third full (and thats after having greens and falafel in it which generally take more space) .. If you are not going to fill up the bowl then stop using it and use a smaller one.The owner should try getting a chipotle bowl and see how its supposed to be done. Not worth the money.
