We stopped by Capriotti’s for lunch, I’m going to say this and I know everyone has their favorite, but this is my favorite sandwich shop. We split a large chicken cheese steak, chips and 2 drinks. The chicken cheese steak was excellent. They make everything fresh to order so our cheese steak came out to us smoking hot. They even roast whole turkeys for their sandwiches. I can’t wait to go back to try one of the homemade turkey sandwiches.
Service was good. We sat outside since weather was so nice last night. The French fries were the best I've had in a long time. They are thick, wide, curly-q fries perfectly browned and crispy! Hubby had the wagyu beef sandwich and he said it was good. I had the grilled chicken salad with vinaigrette. The only two drawbacks is that there is NO mustard available- so bring your own, and the vinaigrette was so tart it was hard to eat. With another dressing, it would have been delicious as the mixture of greens, onions, cheese, and nuts were perfectly proportioned.
Though they were all extremely busy they quickly took our group order after greeting us as we came in.Once seated it was in short order our group was served. For a couple in the group it was their first time here. We all enjoyed the food and the staff. We'll be back.Give them a try! Both what you would expect and vegetarian options as well. (Thankfully! as I forgot I'd brought a Vegetarian on our outing.) :OEnjoy!
My cheese steak fries did not have the grilled bell peppers. The grilled cheese online shows yellow cheese , but it's a white cheese... This matters when you have a toddler that won't touch it because it's the wrong color. Speaking of online ordering, we did an online order and pick up in store. This was our first time, so apparently when you order in store you get free grilled cheese with your sandwich order. But that's not an option when ordering online. All that said, the food is good. My husband loved his subs.
Update: Manager Kayla O. reached out and made things better. There is a glitch in their system that they weren't aware of, so that is being fixed. Changing to 4 stars for customer service and as soon as I go back and have another sandwich it could go to 5.I was in quarantine so I ordered on the website for delivery. Placed order around 4:40 for a scheduled delivery at 6:30. We'll I guess the Philly and Fries were made at 4:40 and sat there until the driver picked them up. Everything was freezing cold and soggy. Waste of $20. Don't think I would suggest or eat there again for delivery.
Love the Frisco location! It was so good I only had time to picture half of my sandwich! My favorite is the Crispy Chicken Chipotle. Highly recommend!
This is my new favorite sandwich place! My wife and I have been here a few times. Love the BBQ chicken sandwich and the crispy Cesar chicken sandwich. Not sure why some people are giving such negative reviews. Relax it’s a sandwich. These type of people should probably make their own sandwiches at home but they won’t because they are lazy and love to complain about everything.The people here are always nice, beautiful ambience and the sandwiches are delicious.
MY MOUTH is WATERING just thinking about the GRILLED ITALIAN!!! The quality of meats are so delicious! I was definitely IMPRESSED!

Absolutely delicious !! Love it. It tasted great and the hardy smell of fresh bread is an indication, all the meals would be delicious. Nice place with good options for plant based meat if you are a vegetarian, like me.
