This BWW is terrible. We love the wings and for years the service was great. The last few years it has been awful. The food is good when the order is right. We get takeout once a week. We had to check everything each time because it was wrong so much. Then they started to give us a time for pickup but would not be ready for up to an hour later. We just started coming later. We got tired of doing it and decided to try delivery (so the delivery person would deal with it instead). The last few times our order was missing wings. One or two wings each time. This time they shorted us 7 wings and gave us French fries. So we called. The manager blamed the delivery person basically saying they were stealing wings. Huh? So four different delivery people (hired by BWW) we’re going through the sealed bags getting wings and resealing it. No explanation for the fries. That was the last straw. So after many years, we will no longer be buying food here. Fortunately all of the rewards they gave us each time we reported an issue will feed my son at college for the summer. Avoid this location. All others we tried are much better.
Not sure why they are open still. 8 + employees walking around but not even one bothered to take care of Guests. Just 4 tables in regular seating and 5 in bar area, so this was pretty empty. Better close this place and save your brand nameUpdate:Buffalo Wild Wings wanted me to contact to thru their FAQ. Sent all info. No contact, no response, no follow up. Similar to Dining, customer service is also a no Show..

I highly recommend the buffulo chicken tots. Instead of the medium sauce, you can add your favorite sauce; sometimes, I do Asian Zing. If you want to get an appetizer for the table, this is a hit!
Service here is so bad that even they have tables, they are making us wait for like 30-40 minutes and aren't even notifying people back. Also, the food is taking to 40min atleast. The service is toooooooo bad that Bdubs need to change this management so fast.
Very bad experience to me today. I was ordered 6 Original wings hot sauce with extra wet As well as extra sauce on the side for Togo .they said it will take 25 minutes.once I pick my wings I verified the wings are extra wet or not onInside the store and told the front desk lady right away “it looks like not extra wet” they said you came late little late and when ever the order came we directly keep it on the oven. That’s why the extra wet was gone. It completely not worthy words and make any sense to me, I know wet wings won’t go like that. She told like they can’t help anymoreAlso, I requested them to please provide the extra hot sauce but they said I have to pay for that again.The front lady might do not know how to respect or talk/treat to the customers.
Our server A.D. is great, and we are always treated very well by the entire staff. We visit 2-3 times a week and always enjoy our experience.
Bad experience.. bar tender was amazing. She took very good care of her guest. But Cook pathetic. They just give the wings with very very less sauce. Everytime I need to order more sauce. This is bad as they don't put adequate sauce to wings. How a customer ask extra sauce each and every time. This should be taken care of. I have figured out that this happens to almost every branch. They don't put sauce and wings are just like fried once without kuch sauce. Really a bad experience. Bww should work on how to make happy customers rather than just making money.
This place has problems. Called in an order for pick up and was told 20 to 25 minutes. Got there in about 20 minutes and after 15 more minutes was told it would be another half hour. Took a full hour and a half.Everyone there had waited over an hour to pick u0p. Wait staff was waking all over the place and the restaurant was only about half full. When someone walked up for a table was told 20 to 25 minutes for a table.It also seemed like half the orders that were delivered had problems. One guy had half the wings and another was missing his fries.The manager spent almost all the time back in the kitchen but apparently was not helping any.
