Not bad, huge location. Got strawberry ice cream mixed into my mint chocolate chip because he used the same scoop without cleaning it. So it is a very good thing I'm not allergic to strawberries.Side note: when strawberry and mint chocolate chip ice creams mix & melt, they taste kind of like pina coláda, which was weird.
Best burger and Ice cream fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to ever. Food was out while the cashier had my card processing my payment. If they are using processed meat it had me fooled by a mile because I never get that natural beef taste like that unless im cooking at home on the grill. Not to mention for less than 10.00 you get a shake burger and fries. You go to McDonald’s and you’ll get a meal that’s not worth $1 and pay $10.00 for the name on the building
So good, fast, and cheap. We love Braum's chocolate milk too. So rich and creamy. Something for all my family to enjoy after a soccer game treat.
Horrible service! I mean the worst ever. My family and I will never return. When I got there, I asked if they had a list of flavors. The guy looked at me like I had three eyes. When we finally got to the cashier, she didn’t even greet us. She charged me and since I had cash, I put my money on the counter. She threw the change on the counter and went to the next customer. When I called her out and asked her if that was my changed she said yes. I told her that one never throws coins like that at a customer she pushed it towards me. Awful service.
My sister and I had a very bad experience. To begin when I tried to place the order the gentleman taking the order was rushing me to get done, I could barely tell him what I wanted after ever word was “anything else?” We ordered a Oreo mix and 2 banana splits. I asked for one with no nuts and they still put nuts on it. I would understand if they were busy, however we were the only car in the drive thru. We will not be going back.
Favorite since I was a kid. This location seems to be going down. Not clean. Staff will play behind the counter and not take orders for ice cream or other.Tables and floors are unkept and greasy or sticky or both.Burgers are often cold, with burnt Pattie’s. It’s a shame. Just a year again, this was our family’s favorite Braums. Now, we have to go to the Custer location or drive and hour to Sherman’s Braums.
I absolutely love braums, kids love it, wife loves it. Perfect family meal with ice cream for under $30. It's hard to find good kids places that adults like too. And on top of that, it's the best ice cream that I've had from a storefront/restaurant in the area. When we go to Bruster's or Handel's it costs us at least $30 for all five of us. The same is 1/3 the cost at braums AND it has real flavor.
This is our new to go place. Always clean and yummy. All the restaurants in this chain have the same layout. A grocery section, an ice cream section and fast food section.I will talk about the Ice cream here. Upto 20 different flavors plus soft serve and Sundays. The ice cream is different, made from real cream and not powdered milk. Taste is always great and not overpowering. And best of all the prices are extremely reasonable (I would even say cheap) for the ice cream portions. We have switched, give it try you will not be disappointed.
2 stars primarily for long wait queue on weekend around 8pm and I mean queue that ended at the enterance of this place which is quite the distance. They need to have fast-act staff at this hour to meet such traffic. Ice creams are good at affordable price. But again, I value the time over anything.
Very very disappointed today with this location. Got in drive thru line at 10:12 and the line wasn't even long( all the way to the crosswalk) and and to my surprise they were extremely slow (almost feels like it was with intent). And come to 10:45 they closed and I still had 3 cars ahead of me. Never am I coming back to a place that will serve people walking in at 10:45 but turn away people waiting in drive thru for over 30 min. I asked since I waited for so long if I can just come in and place my order and mind you they had people in line inside still. And they said no. That right there deserves 0 stars
