I went to boba latte at 9:45 pm and the employee said they were closed. But in google they said they close at 10 pm.The staff were rude as well. If you guys close at 9:30 pm please change your hours in google. And also train your employees some customer service skills. I use to like Boba Latte and use to recommend my friends but I guess it’s not the same anymore.
Giving them 2 stars because their drinks taste good. Their service is probably the worst out of all the boba places in the Frisco area. Since covid started, we always called our drinks in so we can just go in, pay, and pick up. For the past few months it takes about 4-5 calls for them to answer the phone.. and when you do actually get ahold of them, it still takes them 20-25 minutes to actually get you your drinks, so what’s the point of even calling it in? Their seals on the drinks are not properly closed all the time and when you shake your boba (like you’re supposed to) the drink spills all over you??All in all just be prepared to wait a while for your drinks.. even if there’s not a long line. This is the only boba place in the Frisco area that takes this long.. no other boba places take this long even if they’re twice as busy. It’s even more annoying when they get your order wrong (wrong size, wrong toppings, missing drinks??).It’s a shame because their drinks are pretty good, and with all the competition here, people will stop coming if you don’t work on your management and service.
Great staff here who were super friendly! Their menu is extensive and they were very helpful. I tried their Vietnamese Coffee and it was strong AF! So good!

I ordered at this location for the first time and experienced the worst customer service. Order was placed online around opening time for pick up. I walked in to get my drinks and tried to order another item off the menu. The cashier blatantly told me no. When I asked why, he proceeded to point around and say we are under-staffed. This was extremely rude!When my order did come out, it was done wrong.
The best boba joint in Frisco, period. The popcorn chicken is a solid late snack option and the seaweed seasoned fries as long as they are fresh are good too.
A great little join for all of your boba needs, they never skimp out on the tapioca pearls and have a lot of cute little flavors to fit your niche. The sides are pretty hit or miss, but still worth their price tag.
Got 2 half gallon tea. They tasted alright. However feel that charging 50cents per cup on the side was little uncalled for
The boba teas/drinks are good. The Thai boba tea is my favorite.However, there’s always a long wait even if they’re not busy.Last time I visited, they put the drinks in a bag and one of the drinks was not sealed properly and it leaked everywhere, that was a bummer.
My daughter and I visit this place often. Their drinks are delicious specially the matcha green tea frappe. They have limited food offerings and I have not yet found anything I like as most of them are fried foods.
