Excellent experience here at Bawarchi Frisco. The food was excellent and tasty, all the meat was properly cooked and tasteful. The menu had a large variety of options so that there is something for everyone. Service was also very good. One waitress was working and took care of us very well while bringing food out in a timely manner. Overall definitely recommend this if you are looking for some tasty Indian food.
The service was super slow. Goat biryani was cold and didn’t taste good. Paneer biryani was fine. No water and no server to check on. Our mouths were burning with the spicy biryani and there was no water. My husband and I used to go to bawarchi biryani in Richardson and we have been a fan of their biryani. We thought every location would be the same but this location stands no where close to the Richardson one both service wise and food wise.
Food is Awesome. Chicken Biryani quality is best in town. Chicken Korma is great as well. overall, a great experience both from Food and service perspective. I would recommend this to North Indian food lovers. Staff is very friendly too.The food arrived very quickly, and the portions were huge. We’ll definitely return to try their other entrees.
I would have given 0 if the rating is available. We ordered chicken biryani today and it arrived it on time.As soon as I opened the box food smelled stale. I even tasted a little bit to make sure food has not gone bad, but it tasted very bad and sticky. I am posting this review not to against the restaurant but to warn other people .
As per invoice and as per my order, it was supposed to be paneer biryani and I got biryani decorated with egg ?Called store to get rude response
One of the best and I don't say that lightly. There are a ton of choices. Hard to comprehend there are over 50 locations on the globe making food this tasty!!!
My husband and I love this place. We came here last Saturday and came today as well with a bigger crowd. They loved it! The staff is very attentive and generous with their dishes. They gave us 2 complementary dishes when they didn’t have to and yet they still did. The new management is awesome. Definitely coming back!
We ordered online at 4:30 for a 5:45 pick up. We arrived at 5:45. The cashier confirmed our order. She said “your payment went through but the kitchen never received your order”. Umm excuse me? Hello! Isn’t that your job to make sure the to-go orders are being relayed to the kitchen? So we had to wait in our car as they are just starting to work on our order… Never said sorry or anything…
Very good food but extremely poor service. We were 6 people and went for dinner. After we sat down, the server came after 15 mins and took our order. The order took 1 hour to come to our table and in between I asked for ice about 5 times but got it after 1.5 hours. We ordered butter chicken which was very delicious, kadahi goat which was good but spicy and chicken dum biryani which was good. We’d still go there for the food but probably do a takeout this time.
I didn't eat here actually. I went inside to check it out and the place was empty. When I approached the counter a young girl approached and said they were out of half of the menu items. It was dark and felt unappealing. So I left. It was on a Monday.
