How do you hire teenage boys that can’t answer any questions regarding the ice cream cake , question #1 answer i dont know?? Question #2 answer i don’t know ? Lol good grief lost business
First time at this location. I treated my son for some ice cream and was happy to see they had a couple of dairy-free options. My son chose the cookies and cream, and I had the Non-dairy Daiquiri Ice. The Daiquiri Ice is definitely an acquired taste, but it does get better with each bite. We both really enjoyed our treats.The reason I only gave 3 stars, is because of the long wait and cleanliness of the store.A family of 4 walked in before us and they all ordered milkshakes, there was only one guy behind the counter working, the line was really starting to build up, and after waiting about 10-15 minutes another guy who was in the back came out to help. He should’ve come out to help earlier.Lastly, as I stood there waiting, I noticed the store didn’t seem very clean. The floors need to be mopped, the canisters with the toppings are dirty, and the glass on the ice-cream display case needs to be cleaned. The whole store looks like it needs a deep cleaning.If they can fix these issues, I think this would be a great place to satisfy your sweet tooth.

We ordered an oreo ice cream cake for my brother's birthday 3 days before the pickup date. We came home today and cut the cake to find out they used chocolate peanut butter ice cream instead. There was no oreo icing or oreo ice cream in the cake like we asked for. They never once called or emailed in the 2 days since we ordered to let us know or ask us what flavor replacement we wanted. They didn't even clearly tell us when we went to pick up, instead they told us the flavors of the toppings were changed to the closest flavors. Extremely disappointing, and since nobody in our family likes chocolate peanut butter ice cream, the cake is sitting in the freezer untouched. We all feel guilty towards my brother who is the biggest fan of oreo ice cream. We've spent 40 dollars on a cake we won't be eating and ended up with a ruined day.
Bad experience. I had a coupon which was very valid , but the person at the counter did not want to give the discount and said that the coupon is not appearing on the screen. I could see the coupon valid.
Highly recommend this store , The ice cream really good ! Good service. Special for the owner , he is a good guys !
I have asked the manager or owner to talk to his employees about all the shopping carts they congest the walk with. Sometimes there are as many as 8 strewn across the parking and walkway. We can't even get to the dumpster or our cars.They leave ice cream cups out there when the dumpster is so close. They never pick up their trash and love to collect carts.Maybe this will land upon the right ears.
