Trading in bitcoin is totally profitable all thanks to Mrs. Magdalene James the best and most reliable crypto trade. The newly opened AC Hotel Frisco has a great aesthetic and cool vibe but is let down by their amenities. Parking is adjacent to the property via a long walk and is not included. Breakfast is served at the adjoining Residence Inn. Definitely not the fresh delicious European-style breakfast you receive at other AC Hotels. The upside is there is a fantastic Starbucks located on-site. Rooms are compact but very thoughtfully designed. During my stay, I enjoyed great showers with fantastic water pressure. The staff were welcoming and friendly.Until they upgrade their amenities to AC Hotel standards, it’s difficult to recommend them without mentioning their shortcomings.

Kara was exceptional. She accommodated all of my requests when I checked in, and had a very hospitable, warm and welcoming personality! It is rare to be given 5 star service as you find here at AC Hotel. Everyone I met went above and beyond. I loved the rooms and hotel ambience but most of all the care. They also have complimentary breakfast. I took away a star because there was an issue with cleanliness, which was upsetting, but Aven addressed it. She immediately changed my room and compensated. When I asked for a later check out, she offered to extend the time. I loved the comfortability so much, that I decided to stay another night. The valet was very kind as well. As I left, Ali helped me get a spider out of my trunk. I appreciated it!

This hotel is subpar. The room was ok. The bathroom was moldy. The pool was VERY moldy. They need to pressure wash the grout everywhere in the pool area. People with mold allergies can feel the mold walking into the enclosed pool area. I did not want to walk around without shoes. Also, the garage is far. At check out, we were not told we would need our room card to get out of the lot. We were trapped because no one was answering the call button, until i realized we could enter/exit the other entrance because it was open. This made me more mad because of the cost per night to park there. People are able to get in and out without paying by going in the far entrance! My child also forgot her stuffie and we realized within 20 min, but we were on the other side of town already. We called immediately and could not get through directly to the hotel and had to do the call back process on the customer service line. The customer service line ended up calling us back much later, and we were finally able to get through to the frisco ac hotel. They took our message and never got back to us. We called back and the next staff round didn't know anything about it. It's infuriating. We could have turned around and probably ran up and caught the cleaning crew and gotten the bunny back, but we didn't know the hotel would be horrible at getting a hold of or communicating back. We have the replacement now, $30 later, but it's not the same.Say no to marriott. We only stayed here on recommendation from a relative due to the area and used points. Only stay here if going to the stadium because there isn't anything thats really close by. Many better options that have walkable restaurants and shopping!

Nice, clean, fun hotel in a great location!

bartender cowboy was amazing, friendly and gave us super service!!

Great place to stay but the parking garage never seems to work with our room keys. It's quite annoying since there just anyone out there to help. Mostly business people so getting stuck in the garage is tough.

The only good thing about the hotel is the location and a worker named Gregory. Ricky who said he was a manager was extremely rude. I am a ambassador elite with Marriott. I spend a lot of money and time with Marriott and would not stay here again.

This hotel was ok. The price was reasonable for the stay but it did have its flaws. First, one to point out is that the floor we stayed on smelled like a dog kennel and the floors we stained. Our door had damage to the bottom part of it and had to be reported. My room seemed clean for the most part. The shower could have been cleaned a little better but was not a deal-breaker. Their breakfast was free and was pretty well stocked. They had eggs bacon, sausage, pancakes. And so on it was a good selection. Now the biggest issue we had was parking. It 15 bucks a night to park there. Then u must walk half a block to a block to get to the hotel. I think they should make parking free. Either way 3 stars out of 5 is fair

We stay at a lot of hotels, mainly Marriott brands. The bed was actually really, really comfy. Room was clean, dark and quiet. Now the parking.... poorly planned garage parking, which is the reason for only 4 stars. Barely any surface parking and you have to walk from the garage that's located behind the Canopy Hotel, around the Residence Inn to access the elevators for the AC Hotel. Of course, if you use the valet parking service, you won't have to worry about the garage/surface parking.
