Crispy spicy beef is VERY GOOD. Not overly spicy but a good kick. Nice crispy veggies and tasty fried beef
This place is amazing. The crispy beef, Dan-Dan noodles and orange chicken are the best I’ve had anywhere. Very friendly and attentive staff. You must try this restaurant. You won’t be disappointed.
Stopped in on a Monday night about 45 minutes before close. First time Nd enjoys the ma po tofu. I always try it when I see it. This version is more of a hot oil based with fragrance and spicy. Also had the spring rolls and dumpling soup which were both good. Friend ordered the chicken sesame which was a large serving. All in all this is an authentic place. Dont let the name throw you off
Great food, however, please review the price of rice on dishes. We always order beef in chili oil and it comes with 1 rice, but we know it serves 2 or even 3! Ridiculous to charge extra for another bowl of rice at these prices. Update that and I’ll change my review.
Food is always fresh here! Call in orders are done very fast as well. Inside of the restaurant is extremely nice so I plan to dine in at this location soon!
Wow, this place is an absolute gem. I haven’t had Chinese food this good in over 30 years, and it might actually be better than my childhood favorite. I’m not in this area often, but when business brings me this way, lunch will definitely be at 888 Cookhouse.

We Ordered shrimp lo mein and sesame chicken to go. We picked it up it was super hot and fresh by the time we got home. The food was absolutely delicious and the portions were large. We will definitely order from here again!
Sadly forgot to take pictures but loved this place!Got the dried chili fried chicken, spicy pork wonton, and ma po tofu w/ pork.Food was great, service was great (you don’t see that often with this type), pricing is reasonable, atmosphere is well designed and clean.Would return when I’m in the area again!
From where should I start ?...... awesome food authentic chinese food and the flavor oh my god it reminds me my days in China..... awesome service. Highly recommend this place at least try once ?
