Best food variety around. Staff is polite and knowledgeable. Management is on top of their game. We had a small... And I mean small issue with a delivery order. The night manager fade the entire order and delivered it to our house himself! And theeeeennn provided us a free dessert and app for the next visit. Absolutely stellar customer service!
We came in with a family of 5. They initially tried to seat us at a table for four with a chair at the end, then they offered us a booth. 5 adults .. we asked for the bigger booth that we could be comfortable in and they said it was closed. We started to leave and that booth was no longer closed. We ordered. Our waitress was the best part of the experience. She was nice. Our food was cold. We said something and she apologized- but no food was removed from the bill. We think we were intentionally served cold food because we were ready to leave to find a place where we would be comfortable. Won’t be back.
Went to 54th street Monday 4/18 at their Frisco Texas location. Despite having excess staff( 3 hosts) on a relatively slow night they have no booths open. This is a common issue here other wise I wouldn’t complain. They often make people wait while they have several open tables. I counted 14 open. I asked to speak to the manager and he was rude on top of everything else. He said it’s to control flow to the kitchen. They have a 1 to 3 ratio for waitstaff. I don’t understand and hopefully someone from corporate will read this and prompt them to function. It doesn’t make sense not to fill your tables.
ingredients. Was busy yet we had a very short wait to get seated. Large menu to choose from. Menu all on one plastic coated sheet. Liked the old book style menu better. Food was fresh, hot and tasty. Server was super friendly, attentive and fast. Great choice to entertain out of town guests. Lots of TV's tuned to sporting events. Strawberry lemonade was refreshing. Look forward to going again!

This place is amazing! So much American culture here and so much to see ?? our waitress was really well but we were rushed to order so that is why I give it 4stars. The burgers here are so good that is has garlic onion flavor stored inside of the burger. I honestly will come back for more burgers ? but to also try their draft beers as well. I recommend this place for b-day party’s and dates. This place has accessibility for handicapped wheelchair individuals as well.

I'm not really the type to ever write reviews, but this restaurant has brought me to my breaking point.The last 2 times I ate there I got sick, I brushed it off, even though I probably shouldn't have.Today I had my parents bring me home something, I hadn't eaten all day so I of course ate it. I just threw up that entire meal.I don't know if they have a problem with undercooking, being unsanitary, mold, etc... But the fact that I have gotten sick the past 3 times is frustrating.I should also addon, I have eaten at many different restaurants between times of eating here, never gotten sick, never been an issue. I don't have food allergies, and to be frank I've eaten a lot worse things without getting sick.
Went inside and waited at the hostess table to be seat waited about 10 mins while watching staff pass us by or vaccuming the floor not once were we greeted nor seated. It was my first time there so I almost thought we were suppose to seat ourselves. It was pretty slow only a few tables taken. Ended up leaving because we were never even looked at.
