The food is great as it is at most locations. This particular location is very very slow in comparison to the one on Bay Area & Space Center. It takes 30 min+ for the food to be made and ready every single time I come. Versus the SC location it takes 15-20 min tops. I recommend driving to that location instead, I always order ahead and come when it's supposed to be ready, and still end up waiting an extra 15+ min.
This review is specifically for the manager last night. Alquesha saved dinner! We ordered from door dash & upon the delivery, the wings fell out of the bag and on the floor. We called the wing stop manager on duty & she went above and beyond! She remade the meal & HAND DELIVERED IT!! This girl should be the model manager for all locations! Talk about customer service! She needs a raise & a promotion. Thank you Alquesha Beasley. You rock! Please clone yourself ?
I am from Louisiana, and I came to visit with my family. They took me to the Wingstop in Friendswood, Tx and that was an enjoyable visit. I came here the other day and was astounded at the amazing service I received. I'd been really nervous about going into restaurants again since the pandemic, but the staff there were very patient and welcoming. Don't get me started on the food! So fresh, so delicious. *Chef's kiss* My Louisiana Rub, bone in, flats only 6 piece combo was made with love and seasoned to perfection. The scent of the food alone was enough to make me eat there at the restaurant! I just had to have a bite! The dining area was clean and well kept, which really helped to put my worries to rest. I'll definitely be visiting again!!
Had a great experience every time I come I was their on superbowl and they did their best even though other customers disrespected them but they kept pushing on I will continue to return and enjoying my food great job

Extremely frustrated and disapponted. I expected it to be busy on superbowl, ordered early and waited an hour before showing up. when i arrived there were 30 people or more waiting on orders, and I ended up waiting over 2 hours for an order that I'd already paid for while they prioritied DoorDash orders over all over orders and left online orders waiting for HOURS. I missed the entire game, and only got my food after making a scene with the management. I will never eat here again. They had no plan or extra employees in place to handle the crown. I expect they lost alot of customers for life last night.
