Best burger place in Texas!
First time visiting this chain. Nice piece of chicken, just maybe not for a sandwich. The honey bbq chicken sandwich was wonderful!Onion ringer were previously frozen, as expected with a chain, however they were tasty. Really appreciated the sweet tea/unsweetened tea set up they have, especially since I'm visiting from the north east.
Rude management to customers & employees. Good service from employees but awful management she needs to be doing some other job in the restaurant & not be manager. Prices have gone up too & this Webster location stopped making the grilled cheese sandwich but you can order the patty melt on Texas toast without the other stuff on it & with only cheese & then you've got your grilled cheese sandwich.??
The person who our order was friendly and patient even with the language barrier and i notice they are very organized , fast and work efficientlyI even got a big whataburger bag thank yoh so much for the great service abd hard work you guys put in!
I understand late night or early morning shift isn’t fun. You’d think the managers would try to pretend to be nice. I did when working here at this very location 10 years ago as a high school senior. The management team might need to move some people around.

Food was tasty and fresh. Burger didn't look like someone sat on it before giving it to me so that's always a plus. Daughter ordered a kids burger with ketchup and pickles only....I know gross, anyway she said the burger was over ketchup'd and my fries weren't hot like I like em'. But overall, I will return next time I'm on that side of town.
Pulled into the drive thru and asked for a chicken strip sandwich and was denied and told they’re out even though there’s a huge truck outside obviously with all their product, but I’m not one to complain so I get something else. No problem. And today I go and order one, and they deny me again. Drove to another location and they tell me they just didn’t want to make it.
Ate here, food was warm and drive thru was quick when I was in town. However, I just called and tried to speak with a Manager. The employee that answered just hung up on me. I work with the company that installs the TxDOT Logos, I was just wanting to let them know they are available for reinstallation. Thank you!
So quick, such friendly employees. I hate that it's so close to me!! The app is not the easiest to work with ( I accidentally added Salsa Verde to my pick up order?) but the curbside service was quick and friendly.
