I love Whataburger but the drive they is a nightmare. Both lanes are blocked with cars. I asked the guy he said one customer ordered 5 meals (this is right at dinner time). I said ok but why are both lanes blocked. He chose to cut me off and say he’s get my food out to me shortly. That doesn’t matter. I can’t go anywhere. Lol. The person with the large order could of been told to pull around the corner or somewhere so the whole drive thru wasn’t blocked. It makes no sense to be in a hurry to take money when no one can get out anyway. Then to have rude help on top of that is ridiculous
This whataburger doesn't sell the mushroom swiss cheese burger anymore and they didn't carry the new spicy #2 ketchup anymore.so I give the 4 stars because they discontinued my favorite burger .
STAY AWAY!!!!!!! I paid 25$ for 2 meals and they were the absolute WORST hamburgers and fries I have ever seen or tasted. I ordered a large and the fries they gave me were barely even the size of a regular, and they were ICE COLD. I ended up throwing almost the entire meal in the trash. The quality and portion sizes of this establishment have only gone down over the years and they seriously expect you to pay 25$ for the quality and portion size of a 2$ meal. Seriously STAY AWAY! If you want a good cheeseburger meal that is actually WORTH THE MONEY go to JLB eatery in Friendswood by Kroger. This Whataburger is absolutely garbage!
I love me some Whataburger, and I will still prefer it to any other burger chain when given a choice, but this is a horrid location. The service is SLOW. No one seems to care about working there, and they certainly don't care about taking care of customers.I have been to many Whataburgers across the state, and even one in Florida, and I am glad this is not a common problem. The food was OK, but it took so long to come out that it had that settled food feel. I watched as they put together several orders, to include mine, and then just left them sitting waiting on fries, but no one was working the station. At the same time no one was looking around for whomever should have been on that station, they were content to just play the not my job card and mosey off to anywhere else.I saw no signs of leadership or initiative from anywhere. Like I said, I am glad this is not a franchise wide problem. I will just avoid this location moving forward and would suggest the same of you.
Its not their fault.I asked for two chicken strip sandwiches with a BoGo app and spicy with medium.Onion rings with spicy catchup.No spicy chicken on the sandwiches and no catchup in my order .Drank my Dr.Pepper shake while I waited in the line for the food to be brought out.Everyone has bad days. That was one for whattaburger.Still best in my book
Expierence not good. They didn’t have what they show on their website the whataburger meal I ordered was cold hamburger and French fries will stop going to this location
I went through the drive through and the worker was very happy energetic and happy just spreading positivity which was amazing. The wait was very short and the food was good so pretty much a great visit
This is one of the worst Whataburger’s I’ve ever visited. Every time I’ve went it takes forever for the kids to get a grilled cheese or the order is wrong. Fries were over cooked or the oil they were cooked in was horribly old. Overall bad experience and would recommend traveling to any other Whataburger around you besides this one.
I love Whataburger and will be back.. but only when I don’t have the kids with me. They discontinued the chocolate chip cookie, and grilled cheese.
One of the best fast food places ever. The food alone is amazing, but even when it's really crowded you have your order very quickly. Never had a problem here.
