The absolute worst location in our area. They can't ever make orders correct no matter how it is ordered. Simple things like the wrong size fries and drinks. Today I had a hair in my sandwich and the wrong size onion rings. It took over 15 minutes to get it replaced and I still had to ask for the onion rings again. Although there were 10 employees in the back, none were communicating with each other. There needs to be further training for the WHOLE store. Although the front counter employees have smiling faces, the managers in tan did not. They watched me and whispered with cooks on the drive thru sandwich line the entire time I was waiting.
Absolutely terrible, do not go to whata burger after 10pm because they slap whatever slop they can put together and send it off with the customer knowing what they do is wrong. Look at this disgrace of a sandwich. Not only that but it was received cold.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE EL DORADO LOCATION INSTEAD, THEY KNOW HOW TO DO IT RIGHT (refer to the new picture i added on feb 24 2022)
Just ran to get my mom a quick meal, they were CRAZY busy with so many cars in the drive through that I decided to run inside. They were all running circles around each other trying to get all their orders out as fast as they could. I thought it would take at least 15 to20 minutes, but I was wrong, they had my order in my hand in 4 minutes and made exactly as it was ordered. AWESOME JOB GUYS!
Waited 30 minutes in line then after paying was told to pull up they were waiting on the fries. I asked please make sure there is ketchup. Waited 10 minutes for my food got home no ketchup(of course) and all the food was cold even the fries she said the were waiting on. Get better Whataburger. Very disappointed
My orders are for curbside pickup. They are always delivered promptly. I never have to wait. The food is hot and delicious.
Seriously the best Whataburger I've ever been to. That food always comes out perfect and everyone here is so kind.
Possibly one of the best Whatburgers in the Houston area. The burgers were the hottest and freshest I've had in years. Onion rings so hot we had to wait to eat them. Not the fastest drive thru, but I don't mind waiting an extra minute or two for hot, tasty food.
Slowest Whataburger in Texas. Last two trips the food has not been prepared as ordered. Employees hanging around the back lot smoking and chillin on break with friends. Hope they wash their hands!
