This subway is very busy during lunchtime. The customer service of the place I always found great.Unfortunately the couple of times I have visited this subway past month during lunch hour - there is only one person serving the rush hour.Wanted to write this review for the lady employee - she was the only person in the store, and she was expertly taking orders, making sandwiches, and handling the transactions at the register - all the while she had a pleasant conversation with customers never did she ones complained. Hope the management value her as a good employee as this Friday she worked on her day off.

Came in Friday may 6th at 11:50am. There was one girl and she could not handle it with customers in store and doing mobile orders. 2 customers walked out because after ringing in a customer she told them to wait so she could attend to mobile orders. When they asked how long she didn't give a response so they walked out. Now the girl was nice so in no way am I saying she is a bad employee I'm simply saying that you need to have more than 1 person on the floor unless the person is a vet in the business and can do multiple things at once. Because when I left she had 4 people walk in and she still had a mobile order to it..

Don’t come here if you except a normal amount of meat and toppings on your sandwich. They will give you 3 olives and 2 pickles and then get mad when you have to ask for more continually. Customer service is awful. She didn’t speak a word to me. Don’t go here. Go to another one with people that actually care.

Plenty of parking. Not busy but….. ran out of tuna, beef and had not restocked peppers, cheese and other items. Just poorly planned and operated store. Employees not well trained. Sandwich preparation was messy. When I didn’t tip, employee was snarky with have a nice day and then drive safely. More snotty than sincere. Will not return.

DON'T GO HERE!! No one greets you when you walk in, you have to wait until the employee is done texting before you get help. Then she goes and gets another girl from the back to help. The girl walks up to me with a dead stare. Still, no greeting or asked how she can help or what thpe of bread I want, I was expected to read her mind. I'm like "hello to you too" continue with my order since this employee has not said one word. She toasted my sandwich but never asked if I needed another one and she got an attitude after I told her that I needed another sandwich. She slammed the Bread down. Moved super slow, took up my entire lunch trying to get some food. I walked in being the only customer and I was still waiting to be helped when another Customer walked in behind me and witnessed everything. By the time she was done helping me, there was 4 other people in line waiting. She didn't ask if I wanted a drink or cookies or anything. She looks and me and says "is that it?" Like I'm sorry I inconvenienced you by walking into this location. Don't go here!Update my husband said his bread was hard as a rock!

It was busy but they were fast. One of the best Subway I have been to made the subs I wanted perfect to my liking without any graphic explanation.

Great nice lady's that work there

Idk know what it is about this location but the workers here always treat the customers very well. I wish I got the name of the two gentlemen who were working the rush hour today, but they have the best attitudes!!! One had short red curly hair, the other had longer straight hair. They made my day with their happy positive vibes. I hope the best things in life happen to them. Thank you for making my day and I will pay it forward.

Keep shorting slices of ham on the footlong. Have to ask Everytime to put 8 slices on a foor long. Once had 4 slices, next time 5. Just put the 8 without me having to ask why keep shorting. Increased prices and keep trying to short the ham.

Would not recommend this location. Closes at 7:30 and is always out of products on menu. Terrible management.
