I found a dead cockroach in my tuna subway ??
Fairly Unacceptable how long it takes staff to come out of the back. They don’t address guest who walk in even after making direct eye contact.
ROACHES! I've been going to this Subway for years. Never any issue. When I went today the AC seemed to be off/not working? It was very hot inside, and I saw many German roaches on the wall ? Full grown and babies. Cold ingredients for sandwiches were all lukewarm because of the temp inside.
I ate at this location yesterday. I asked for my sandwich to be toasted. I saw him toast it. However, it did not taste or feel toasted. I was on my lunch break I called the store no one answered I went back they were closed. I called the store the next day and spoke with a lady. She said let me get the manager. Then she hung up. I called back (5x) and no answer. I will not be back.
I wish I knew their names, but there were two young girls working. One had darker hair and the other lighter hair. They had the BEST customer service out of all subways I have been to. I will go out of my way to go to this subway from now on instead of the one closest to my house just because of how nicely myself and my son were treated. Great service. We’ll be back! :)
The store was clean and not that busy but the didn't have lettuce. How are you going to sell sandwiches and not have lettuce!
Could not ask for better customer service and fresh food! Liz and her staff are always so welcoming and pleasant to visit with. She is such a caring person and always takes the time to talk to each of her customers. The restaurant is so clean and well-managed. Would rate this place higher if I could!

Liz Ortiz is awesome! She always greets me with a smile and genuinely provides a warm and kind atmosphere. I wish all businesses had employees with that level of customer service. All 5 stars dedicated to her!
Working next door to this location, I go in frequently. Every time I do, Liz Ortiz is there and greets me and my coworker by name. She makes the environment warm and inviting. Customer service at its best!
