I'm not a fan of Starbucks, but my wife and girls are so we stopped by during our mall visit.Leo took our order and he was awsome: he received us (and every other customer I saw him attend) with a smile, a greeting, was attentive to our requests, made sure to verify our order, lots of energy and was hustling back and forth taking orders, helping his co-workers and handing out orders.Everyone else seemed just the same...dedicated, hustling, and putting out orders as fast as they could.Small store, 5 employees, for such high volume of clients...but ya'll were great.Excelent job guys...keep it up.
Never had I ever seen such wonderful, out of the way to help staff at a Starbucks. A man, I believe his name was Agnar, helped me through an order to ensure it was something I would like. He explained to me what the drinks were. He really went out of the way to help. Not just him but every employee there were so kind. Thank y'all!
10 a.m. on December 23rd and mall is almost empty...remember the Christmas schedule ...no more. But by 11 there was a comfortable hustle and bustle. Most people in masks, signs all over stating masks recommended!!
Very bad experience, I requested a long straw for my venti frapuccino and they said, no more long straws, then when I started drinking my frap not enough sugar, I told the cash register lady she said tell the server. I told him that my frap did not have enough. sugar and he said; how much do you need? I said, how much do you usually use for a venti size, he said; how much sugar do you need you need?. I said here is my cup and I left it in the trash can.
I'm not a Starbucks fan. I've have tried other locations and prompt service. But on Holiday pre weekend, like today, this location showed me and other patrons sense of urgency! I noticed a few other customers leaving in frustration because of taking too long! I will never come to this location again!
If I could give you 0 stars I would, but I can’t, so I’m giving this location 1 star. The new staff is just not good. Three times in a row, my drink has been made wrong. The first time, I’m pretty sure they gave me just straight up milk and I waited 30 min for this. The second time, I ordered coffee and got hot chocolate. This time, I ordered a hot drink and got it iced. The staff just takes too long now bc they do a lot of chit chatting. One time I was there, there were four workers, with multiple customers waiting, and only one person was making the drinks while the others were laughing, talking and being loud. It happens multiple times to my friends as well, we work here at the mall so it would be nice if our drinks were made correctly for once bc it ruins our work day.
Friendly staff. Service slower than usual. A line to place order, & longer line awaiting orders. No complaints about the coffee.
Worst service ever! Waited way to long over 20 minutes for a iced coffee. Left without my drink do to delays. Horrible
Loved it. The staff was super nice and swift and got my order perfect. It's always nice to go there and get my coffee fix. Great experience
The worst Starbucks Ever!! AVOID THIS STARBUCKS, unless you like your drink made carelessly and love waiting 30 minutes for it!
