Drinks were decent, needs cleaned
The new staff inside Kroger Starbucks are very friendly and eloquent. Much nicer experience than I had a few months ago.
Drove thru for hot chocolate. Location 528/518.Received hot water with a hint of chocolate flavor. Worst hot chocolate I have ever had. Was down road when discovered. Horrible experience never again will I pay $3-4 dollars for hot brown water. What a ripoff

I don’t understand the negative reviews. Every time my wife and I go here, we have excellent service, even if the line is super long. We as customers should appreciate what people do for us. I appreciate the Starbucks staff. Great job guys. Excellent drinks, super friendly staff. I would recommend this Starbucks was to everyone in the area.
