The baristas were awesome today! The drive thru specifically, I was greeted happily at the menu and when I realized I made a mistake on my order at the window, the barista there was happy yo help me correct it! Very good experience! I didn't get a chance to redeem my birthday drink yesterday but still decided to get a drink today even if I had to pay and I'm happy that I was treated as if it still were my birthday!
It’s really annoying when you get home and realize your decaf coffee Frappuccino contains zero coffee. This has happened to me twice now. Decaf coffee does not mean NO coffee it means DECAF coffee. If that means add a “shot” of decaf than add a shot of decaf. If I wanted a creme Frappuccino I’d order a creme version. It’s a glorified expensive milkshake.
They dont listen very well but the drinks are still good even when it's not what I ordered
If I could give this Starbucks 10 stars I would! I wasn’t able to make coffee this morning so I wanted to stop and get some before work, there were 3 people in front of me in the drive through, I thought it was going to make me late for work. however, from the time I pulled into the parking lot, to the time I pulled out with my coffee, it took 4 minutes. I am BEYOND impressed with this location, fantastic customer service and extremely quick, I will be a frequent I’m sure!
Just stopped for quick pick me up. Flavorful as always. Expensive as always and had a nice collection of 'been there' mug souvenirs .
I don't know what happened why this Starbucks has gone downhill so terribly but love I have wasted money on nasty drinks not made correctly cold foam isn't that hard. I hope they pull it together it's a shame one of the best places is now of the worst.
Just dealt with the rudest barista. I am a regular at this local but I think that’s about to change. I have had a few too many bad encounters here over the past few months. Waited in the longest line just for them to mess up my drink and I had to circle back around to get a new one (sleeping baby in the car so couldn’t go inside) normally I’ll just take the messed up drink but this one was probably the most expensive one I’ve ever ordered so I wanted it to be right. I very nicely explained what was wrong with it and the lady said she could remake it for me when I pulled up. The gentleman (or should I say not a gentleman) was very confrontational for no reason since I very kind asked for a remake. He said it was made right and i was wrong but I could watch each step so I knew “he wasn’t a liar” I thought that was so uncalled for and his tone was very belittling. My kids were in the car so I continued to be nice like always as he step by step said “here’s your blah blah blah” every five seconds and then handed it to me. I couldn’t even believe none of the other workers told him to cool it but I just took the messed up drink and left. I have bad anxiety so I was already so uncomfortable asking for a new drink and needless to say I won’t be doing it anymore. I pray that this person finds peace because they were clearly having a bad day at the least. I will just drive farther to a different location next time. So disappointed in the quality and service here.
Don’t go late near closing time they won’t serve you I went at 9:45 and nobody answered the drive thru when clearly they were in and when I tried to go in store the door was locked
If you like Starbucks it was good. I am a bigger fan of drip brewed coffee. But I must say the workers there were so pleasant!!! Really nice to have upbeat and smiling employees THANK YOU!
Not the worst Starbucks in the area but they definitely fall short Im many areas. Starting with the lack of customer service. The kids in this location don’t take service seriously.I visited a number of locations while in California (LA) and I normally tipped anywhere from $5-$10 per trip because the customer service was amazing even if some of the drinks were not.
