Not sure if it is new ownership, new management or what, but this Sonic has really gone downhill. The equipment almost always seems to be broken.It shouldn't take over 15 minutes to get a drink.So many Sonics nearby are run so much more efficiently.

I honestly feel bad for the employees at this place. You can obviously tell they are severely under staffed and over worked with how slow the service is. The speaker to the big drive through does not work and you kind of just stay there waiting before you can place an order. The drive in speakers work fine but every time I wait so long before I can place my order. Not only that but the food takes forever. I don’t blame the employees but the higher ups are to blame here. Over working staff and having barely any staff is not acceptable and such poor management.
Poor management and terribly rude and loud disrespectful staff. More then %100 sure that Three of the employees where drinking on the job. I witnessed one (the manger) pass out drunk in her vehicle. I’ve been a first hand witness to how they steal money from other new employees and garnish tips from other coworkers. Vulgar and very unprofessional. I never knew that you where allowed to drink vodka on the job. I wonder how corporate feels about this.
You came here for a reason, that menu item you grew to love. The service is quick and the staff is so friendly. I'd drive far just to get to this location. I grew up on seeing teens on skates serving food, a group of friends would schedule a late night meeting and we would come here 6 cars, hop around, skateboard, listening to music. Love this place!
The drive thru speaker doesn't work and all they do is yell questions at you without understanding your order or attempting to come out and ask what your order was in order to help you. The drive thru speaker needs to be replaced asap! I continued with my order and they continued to ask is that all without taking down my order. I then pulled up and nobody came outside to ask us or help us continue our order. We pulled up to a stall and attempted to order and they kept asking us if we came thru the drive thru, still without helping us or coming outside. This is the worst location I have ever been to. It's not that hard to work at sonic, I've done it before. The owner needs to order a new intercom system and drive thru speaker. The owner also should train the management and employees on how to properly assist paying customers and how to use their brains. This is absolutely pathetic! How are they in business! There were no customers there and they couldn't have the decency to come outside and make an effort to assist us!! I'll never be back nor would I recommend this place unless you're satisfied with trash service!!!!
Run down dump. After the THIRD broken pull up bay I said screw it I'll do the drive through. Pull up to drive through and eventually someone started to take my order and then just...disappeared? I sat there with silence for 2 - 3 minutes with an occasional "hello you still there?" Which no one ever responded to. I eventually just drove away.
The food tasted good nothing old or smashed up very fresh service was nice no long wait would go there again. And the tater tots did not taste like old oil
Not many shake options but the strawberry one is pretty good so I just stick with that
I went to sonic to order a drink and i pushed the red button on the monitor to activate the call but no one answered. I sat there for 12 minutes just to get a drink and left after i sw the 3 cars had gotten their food before me even though i was there first.
