Not sure why a two drink order is so difficult. And the staff at the Friendswood location have absolutely no customer service skills.
Usually pretty great service nothing too amazing or bad when I come so I’m not going to rate it one star over one encounter. But I’m confused on the hours.Does this place close at 11 pm currently? I placed an order online at about 10:20pm this past Monday and when I got there I pressed the button to place a separate order at 10:27pm and no one responded. So I decided to tap the “I’m here” button for my online order. My order came out quickly and then I pressed the button again for my next order, raspberry slush, and they answered the button and said they were closed. I responded saying I pressed the button about 5 minutes ago and no one came but they just hung up on me. I tried to just place an order for a different slush online and when I pressed the button they said they canceled it and hung up and turned off all the lights.I’m just confused on when this location closes cause online says 11pm but it was only 10:30 when this occurred (Monday May 23rd).
This is the BEST sonic. Employees are always nice, friendly. The business is clean... parking lot, the stalls all work, the signage are all working. The stalls are very well maintained. Yes. That makes a difference so the customer does not pull into a stall and the board is not working. The signs look clean. Employees looked professional, not sloppy/run down. Food tastes great. The drinks are well made. The shakes are just right, not solid chunks of ice cream. The outdoor dining is VERY nice. Very pretty. Steel tables with chairs. That is really awesome. That area was very clean. Stop in. You won't regret it.
We love sonic food, but our order is wrong in some small way every single time we go. Even in detailed descriptions of what we'd like, every meal is a mystery. Although, if the food and drinks are enough for us to keep coming back anyways, that definitely says something about how good they are!
Always fresh food, probably the best sonic I have come across. Convenient fast service everytime and close to my work. Place a simple order online. Took them 30 plus minutes to serve it with no traffic. So much for fast food, terrible.
Fast and got my order right. Helped me use my gift card. Overall, great!
I paid for a Quarter Pound Double Cheeseburger. The picture shows two patty. What I got was a single patty. The other Sonic always puts two patty.
Tried to eat there but employees were too busy talking to their friends outside. Nobody ever answered speaker. Sad just sad
corporate needs to come out and show these kids how to make Sundae's and ice creams
