I am very shocked that this location is still in business. I saw a Cockroach crawling at Register I decided not to eat from there canceled my oder Immediately the manger was not concerned about the Incident when bought to her Intention also she told me that there trying to recover from being robbed And there is not a district manger I can speak to what dose being robbed have to do with haven it Exterminated. Not clean poor customer service would not recommend .. also a guy in front of me was denined his food cause he did not have a smaller bill then 20 $ if you don’t have change and you need to turn customers away. And you have roaches crawling. All over you are a place of bussince you should have change in your Register for a 20.

The sandwich was loaded and delicious!!! I am ever so grateful for the gluten free bread!!! Soda was yummy and chips were fresh. Employee that took my order was kind and delivered to my table with graciousness.
Can't beat Wednesday at Schlotzsky's...2 for 1 Pizza..It's a Great Deal..love it
Delicious everytime!!!Expanded menu with new pizza items is delicious. Sandwich with the tomato basil soup was so hearty and so so yummy.Prices went up somewhat, but so worth itKeep up the great job!!!!
Usually I have no problems at any schlotzskys but this one in Friendswood has been terrible lately. My wife order a couple days ago and got stale bread and burnt meat on her sandwich. I just went and ordered a bacon beef smoke cheesy sandwich but got home with something completely different. It was beef but had lettuce, tomato, pickles, and NO cheese or bacon. Would not reccomend this location.
Rude sevice at drive through, bread does seem different than it use to be lighter oess taste

I ordered a deluxe original. I ask for everything on it, except no special sauce, just mustard. When it came, it was only meat and mustard.I took it back and the manager, (who took the order because the clerkwas not trained properly yet.) said that I said mustard only. I saidwho wants a sandwich with just meat and mustard? He made anotherone and it had lettuce and tomato this time, but no olives. He put so much mustard on it, I had to scrape it off, the cheese and meat were cold. I chose not to take it back the second time because at this point I figured he would spit in it or something. I did report it to the number on the receipt and they too a report.
Always get my order wrong. But at least they correct for free if you return with receipt and purchased food.
