First, the location: Expensive but worth it. I’ve ordered 4x from here before I reviewed since I like to make sure I get a real feel for the place before reviewing and it is worth it. I’ve found my go to brick oven pizza place! It’s conveniently located in a shopping center so you can grab and go. Just beware, they make each of their pizzas so order ahead. The first time we went, we thought it would be quick but we ended up waiting for about 30 mins for 2 pizzas.Next, the food: The cheese strings up when you pull a piece out like in all the commercials. They are heavy handed with their toppings, which is great since it is about $18 a pizza and each additional topping is $2. I have tried getting pictures to share but the pizza goes so fast in my house.
Food was good and fresh. I ordered 6 pizzas for 12 guests and I asked if I could have 12 plates for my 12 guests and I was told no that I could only have four plates and no napkins. I had to go to Kroger and buy plates and napkins. They had plenty of plates, just didn’t want to give me more than four plates. I was late to this event because I had to buy items that should have been provided after paying close to $100.00 for a meal. This is the first time visit for me and will be my last. This place needs better customer service.
What happened? I order from your business twice a week and this is the 2nd time in a week I was given this! This is disgusting! I threw out the whole pizza AGAIN! It was too late to call (I’m usually the last customer every time) to get a refund and there’s no way to send an e-mail so unfortunately, I have to post this. I never had this happen prior to last Friday and now Wednesday too. This is supposed to be green bell peppers and it almost looks like previously frozen, old, mushy green bell peppers. My kids were so grossed out as well as my husband & I. Luckily, I had 2 more pizzas which was just enough to feed my family. Truly annoyed I now have wasted $20 when I am a loyal customer. I will update my review if anyone cares to reach out and refund/comp my next order. You can get my # from my online orders.
I took my father here to spend quality time and glad I did as a first time customer.The pizza quality was far above the chain pizza company's.We shared a large Supreme thin crust, love a good thin crust, it was a crispy crust that was flavorful and complimentary with a loaded amount of quality fresh ingredients and a good cold drinks on the side just over $20 after tax.They won over two more customers. I will definitely be back as a regular customer for dine in and pick up.

They told me they close at 9PM but when I got there at 8:15 the chairs were all put up on the table. The pizza that I got for $14.99(another red flag, an authentic NY style pizza would cost more) was soggy, the onions were diced and not sliced. We eat the pizza there and not wait till we brought it home and it was still soggy.

Called to ask a question about a pizza, we were told that their pizzas could be looked at online, no answer to the question very last time we will buy or call this buisness
An absolute insult to NY pizza and Italian food in general. Need to contact Gordon Ramsay to fix this place up.
Not the best pizza place.....We were disappointed. Cheese sticks tasted like they were straight from a freezer that had lost power. Pizza was ok, but we've had better pizza from a couple of different chain restaurants. Not very much as far as a drink selection, so we opted for a Togo order.
I ate lunch there with 2 friends and the food was hot and delicious! The stromboli was not greasy with lots of cheese. The outside was crunchy and the inside was fluffy. The pizza was also outstanding. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. My friend had chicken parmesean and was impressed. We will be back!
