decent salad i guess but not for the price . could go to a buffet and get triple the amount of food . chicken is almost 4$ and they put about 7 pieces of chicken and everything else they put one scoop unless you ask for more . people here dont listen and they charge for a ranches if you dont ask for it when you order . wont be coming back.
I am very dissatisfied with the service. There was low energy, no motivation to welcome us to a restaurant we have never been to. We were not sure how the line worked, mentioned it was our first time there, & all we got was a finger pointing to the signage. One of the employees discouraged us from dining in!! Reason was that it was 30 minutes to close. All the while, other customers were dining in. Not to mention there is outdoor seating. Since we were already committed to getting the food and it was prepped, we brushed it off. We arrived home and as we’re enjoying our meal my boyfriend stops abruptly only to pull out a broken, jagged edged metal rod that was in his chicken!!! HUGE CARELESS OVERSIGHT not to mention UNSAFE!! UNACCEPTABLE!! Please look at your food and chew really well. Swallowing something sharp like that can cause serious harm, including perforated bowel and even death! I have emailed and left a voicemail to document the timeline Incase he actually swallowed anything that may cause medical issues down the road. Sorry Salata this is matter of public safety — DO BETTER!!
Fast, friendly service - - I love eating here! I downloaded the app and got some free points & today I used my $7.00 credit! I love all of their fresh ingredients and that I can ask for an "extra" scoop of my favorite salad toppings for no extra charge. ?? Like egg & Blue Cheese! The Tea Tap is super cute, too. I love the Peach ? Lemonade ?
Love Salata but there is one employee, I believed named Isabel who is extremely rude every time. I try to avoid getting helped by her and instead by another employee who is always really nice. One of the employee saw how rude she was being and offered to finish helping me and Isabel snapped at her saying she would finish. I chose the option to print the receipt and she kept it and when I asked for it she seemed reluctant to give it to me.
I really like the Salata as it opens up earlier than most in the area. The portions are good, and the person serving you always attentive and listen. I go once a week and I always do takeout .
Not like other locations, I was being served baby scoops of everything in my salad. Had to ask multiple times for more of stuff, and Had to pay for extra chicken.
Fantastic salads and amazing staff! The dining area was spotless. The ingredients were fresh, organized, and delicious. The options were limitless. I had to sample my entire party's salads and soups because they were all so unique. They need to open a local in Utah!
Extremely rude and lack professionalism, I went there this afternoon with my son and bought salads for my family, the employee who helped me wanted to fit 3 salads in one bag when it was clear it was going to slide off. Before I could tell her anything, she reached over and placed them on the counter, and my son reached out to grab the first bag and the top salad fell to the floor before he could even grab them. The lady asked “do I charge the salad” to her coworker and she rudely responded “well it wasnt our fault” right in front if my son even after I commented the fact that she was forcing 3 salads into one bag. I didn’t want to make my 10 year old feel bad so I didn’t say anything else. I had to pay for the proteins, I’m not even sure if it was just the proteins because the lady refused to give me a receipt saying the screen didnt have it anymore. I payed $104, and I didn’t mind paying but the lack of professionalism and how rude the two employees were is infuriating.
This is my favorite restaurant. But this location is very stingy with product which I haven’t seen anywhere else. Every time I have had to ask them for more, and often they just ignore. Won’t be using this location
