Great atmosphere, good food, great music and awesome service !
My family and I came in 6/11/22 at 1:50 pm, we have never been here and thought the restaurant looked pretty empty from the outside looking in. Once inside we noticed everyone was seated on only one side of the restaurant. Once seated we were confused if we were supposed to order from the little machine placed on the table. A few minutes later, the waitress Linda came to the table to take our drink order. After taking the drink order, Linda asked if we wanted any appetizers, before we could even answer, she looks at a different table , slowly walks away to take their order… in mid interaction with us. That completely rubbed us the wrong way and we left. Linda might have been a new employee, or staff may have been overwhelmed by possibly lack of coworkers there. I only hope the restaurant improves because I was really looking forward to trying their burgers.
Food was really good. Service was good.HOWEVER- there was a man there who had his phone pointed at my young daughter. He was doing what appeared to be recording her. He was pointing the phone at her and smiling and when he saw me looking at him he immediately put the phone down and looked down, i never saw him pick his head back up. He kept his phone down and head down the rest of the time.WE MUST BE VERY CAREFUL OUT THERE IN THE WORLD THESE DAYS.
Burger selections are great. The burger I had was black and bleu. It was pretty tasty. Atmosphere was relaxing. Drink of choice was the Metropolitan was excellent. Will definitely to go here for lunch on the weekend.
To be honest, if it had been my first time there-- it would have been my last. The chicken strips were crispy throughout.. as though they had been cooked more than once-- and the cheese sticks tough inside.. today must have been a really off day for the team.
My husband ordered the red robin gourmet cheeseburger and I ordered the banzai burger plus we ordered the towering onion rings. Everything was extremely delicious. Highly recommend
A chain restaurant. I had a carb salad and a drink. The place looked clean. The salad and drink was good! All of the associates that we met today were extra friendly and helpful.
Haven't visited in awhile, and even though they were a little short on staff. Our waitress Jordan really took care of us. The food came out quickly and without issue.
Always a great experience. Busy or not you have plenty of space. Food is great at a great price. Good dessert options too. The only complaint I have is no one is there to greet you nor is there a bell or buzzer. You just have to wait at the front til someone sees you. Despite that its still one of our favorite spots to go.
The floors, the tables and the bar top were all so dirty that we worried about the kitchen!Had a quick drink and left. Would never order food in a restaurant that filthy.
