I placed my order online I went to pick it up got there they hand me somebody else’s order and began to argue me that it was mine until I showed him the receipt with somebody else’s name on it. So I have to pull forward and wait five minutes for them to get the right order then they leave off part of it and begin to argue me that it was right. I showed him my receipt from online and they’re like well we didn’t get that order. Rude is an understatement for the way they treat their customers
Ordered online, but order hadn't even started at the pick up time. It appeared they were behind or had not been keeping up with incoming orders. The staff was friendly and I eventually got the food, though. Not sure if they were understaffed or this is typical since I don't go there often.Portions are pretty small (maybe that's good?)...I had 2 blackened strips and each was about the size of a large wedge cut fry. 'Butterfly shrimp' were slightly oversized popcorn shrimp and maybe butterflied.Food tasted good, though.
I love this location, I drive an extra 15 mins to go to this one instead of the location near my house. Employees are friendly and the food is always fresh & hot! Will definitely be back :)
Been going to Friendswood location for years and one thing I've found, Always check your order before you leave this location. It'll be wrong most of the time. Today 2/12/22 at 530 pm, I was in a hurry and didnt check.When I got home there was no side in my dinner. My own fault as I know about the incompetent employees at this location.
After receiving this order it completely done it for us...it was good while it lasted but I can't. This was my experience at location on receipt. No I did not call the how was it number due to their fix has always been to offer me a 2 piece dark neat even when I ordered and paid for white meat, plus appetite is done.
The chicken was fresh cook not like other Popeyes at this time they have the chicken really toasted and hard like if it's been there for many hours on the heat night to me this place has Good service late at night. I love that chicken from Popeyes!!!!!!
Chicken was dry and overcooked. The biscuits were are like rocks. They looked like a puck. I was very disappointed since it’s been a couple of months since we’ve been. Not very pleased. Especially for the price you pay to eat there! I think we’ll head to Church’s next time!
Came to pick up some food that I ordered, and the guy told me “It’s not ready, can’t you see I have to make it?!” I was in shock, and asked what he said, and he pointed to the ticket and said it wasn’t ready and I’d have to wait until he made it. I asked why he was being rude, and he said he wasn’t, but that I needed to realize that I had to wait. All you have to say is “we’re working on it” to have good customer service. I wasn’t being demanding or anything. He’s obviously busy and stressed out, but why is that a reason to be rude, especially when I wasn’t being rude to him? I did good service for a number of years, and I know how it is when you get busy and don’t see an end to it, but it’s a part of the job.
The guy who greeted me was very rude and disrespectful. All I did was tell him the order I was there to pick up (a delivery order), and he told me I needed to realize I had to wait because it wasn’t ready. Just be nice, do better. That behavior is ridiculous and uncalled for.
If I could say how they cheat people out of food without tapping 1 star, I would. This location deserves a negative 5 star rating. We received fried batter crumbs and very few shrimp. Not worth the money. This was the third time. 3 strikes and you are out!
