The driver took 35 minutes to arrive when we are less than 5 minutes away from the store. I tried to call the store multiple times but the phone was not answered. When the food finally arrived, it was cold. Very disappointing
On one of the pizzas I ordered, there were very little toppings. When compared to the other pizza, there was a considerable difference in the amount of toppings. The person whom the pizza was for was quite disappointed.

Pizza was pretty bad! Frozen Pizza tasted better than mine. It was very tasteless/bland. Cold on some parts and warm on other side. The Meaty pasta marinara family order was just as bad! Pasta was dry! Hardly any meaty sauce and no cheese on pasta dish! I paid "extra" for cheese on pizza, and for bread sticks. The only tasty item was the chocolate chip cookie. The main meal was definitely not worth $38.14!

Ordered a build your own pizza for delivery, the pizza arrived with very Iittle marinara sauce on it and little cheese. A frozen pizza from Kroger would have been superior quality. This was a waste of $30, will not be ordering from here in the future.
Your website is not user friendly. I went round and round just trying to get to my account info. Once I started building an order from scratch I finally found a way into my previous orders. I wasted 45 minutes trying to get my order in. Someone needs to beta test the gui.
Everything was still hot, delivered fast, and everything in the order was correct.
The apple pies were under baked :( and I had made such promises to my co-workers as to how exquisite they normally are.
My pizza was not received as I had ordered. I ordered a large 3 topping with black olives, the pizza had purple onions with no black olives. I did not order purple onions.
