Last two times the servers have been Horrible, the female was rough she was rude threw our salad on table never refilled our drinks never asked if we needed anything else, the next visit the guy overcharged us and he would not change it on the bill, rushed us through the whole meal very annoying I know it's hard to get help but you guys need to train better and not just hire anybody!!! Wont be back!!!
This is our favorite Location. We have been to many other locations. We come here at least 3 to 4 times a month. We recommend requesting "Beto", who is usually in the Bar area seating. He is the best waiter and will always strive to make our experience a good one. This Olive Garden has been our go too place and our kids always request to go here.
Don't eat at this one. We were sat right away but sat at the table as we watched all the waiter's and waitress stand around and talk. Not one person came to our table and waited on us. We sat for 20 min and finally gave up. When we went to the front to say something they acted like they didn't care. Sorry olive garden if this what you think is acceptable you will no longer have my business.
Had a nice meal at Olive Garden in Webster Texas. We got some Take out Meals to go also. Fettuccine Alfredo with Rotisserie Chicken added (see photo).
Best Olive garden I've ever eaten at. Our Server, Berto I believe was his name was exceptional. He went out of his way to take care of us.
Service was bad. My noodles were not cooked all the way the salad was not good.
The server was very good. We usually come here for the soup salad and breadsticks. Not big fan of the rest of the menu. I would equate Olive Garden as the Italian Denny's...not authentic but quick easy and overpriced.
Our server was so sweet and patient! We all ordered soup salad and breadsticks. Everything was perfect except the smell of the restaurant, was not pleased.
There was sufficient parking. We had a short wait, which was very acceptable the day after Valentine's Day at such a restaurant for supper. There was a straw and a breadstick on the floor by the table I was shown to. I pointed it out to the hostess who seated me. When nothing happened, I asked the man bussing tables to pick that up and he did. The hostess should have been more aware, possibly moving me on to another table, and directed the bus staff to clean it up. The wait staff was good because our order was delivered correctly and he divided our order on separate plates for us because we said we were going to split it, but I would have liked him to visit more often, especially at the end when we were waiting a while for him to check on us so we could ask for a to go plate. He passed by a few times but did not seem to look to see if we needed anything. I do not expect the manager to visit every table but if he had, then that would have made it easier. We ordered the chicken and gnocchi soup for each, we split the shrimp fritto misto appetizer (fried shrimp, onions, green and red bell pepper, and two dipping sauces, 1 marinara, and 1 slightly spicy ranch), and we split the Tour of Italy (lasagna, chicken parmesan, and fettucine alfredo). All that and the salad and breadsticks were perfect. There were 4-6 large black olives in the salad, which is good. I expect some olives in my salad at Olive Garden. In fact it was all so good, we did not even touch our Tour of Italy we were already so full. We took the Tour of Italy home and enjoyed it for supper the following night. Even microwaving and serving it the next day, it was still good, although of course not as good as when it would have been fresh. We plan to return and order less so we can enjoy fresh servings of the Tour of Italy.
First, let me say that our server, Baylie was great and has nothing to do with my negative review. She was nothing but kind and a great server. However, all 3 of us ordered soup, salad and breadsticks. My daughter was recovering from stomach issues and wanted soup (btw, SSB is not any cheaper for a child). Anyway, we ordered a boat of Alfredo along with our meals and everything seemed fine, until 2 hours later. My stomach felt queasy and uneasy so I thought maybe I ate too much, same with my husband. Fast forward to this morning and we both are incredibly ill and could not hold anything down/in this entire day.We will not return.
