No AC the employees are hot it is ridiculous to work in that environment!!!
Been here twice the past 7 days and got strawberry creme pies and both times they don't have the date sticker showing when they were made. Edit. Came today (3rd time) @ little after 6pm; got 2 strawberry pies, again, and the pies had stickers but employees had pulled them off(it's obvious why). Y'all could be giving people spoiled food and kill someone. Get your restaurant together. Hire honest employees. This is horrible
What should have been a fast experience by ordering online and going through the drive-thru was not get to the drive-thru and they just tell you to go to the next window so you can order once you get to the window so the two cars ahead of me took forever by the time I got there and still had to wait. Never again I literally passed by a Whataburger which is faster and better but I figured I would give McDonald's a try it just did not work out
Terrible night crew. I pulled through the drivethrough 3 different times and they didn't have tea (this was in the span of 2 weeks), and assuming they stopped serving it at a specific time, I asked. The response I got was "have a nice night" and stopped getting any response.I drove off as I'm not about to spend my night dealing with a punk, but don't just stop serving me when I ask you a question. The day crew isn't much better either. Terribly trained, no coordination whatsoever. I asked for my receipt SPECIFICALLY, and the guy at the first window said I would receive it with my food. Guess whos missing their receipt. Most of the time he doesn't even say anything.
Drive through was almost 20 minutes. Person on the speaker was so unintelligible that he repeated my order 6 times and it was still wrong. I was only ordering happy meals.
I see many reviews with similar issues of not being able to get an order correct. Just got off the phone with the regional manager for similar issues for the second time. After telling him his employees brought out the wrong order and one person biting into a nugget they literally took it to another car he said-since you've had issues multiple times in our drive through you should visit another location. Ok with me not to visit again but beware that is the management you will find if you complain.
Double check your own damn orders. You’re the restaurant providing the food, it’s your own job to make sure everything ordered is included. Trying to make drivers go in for totally superfluous reasons at 2 am is hilarious man?
Honestly I never wrote a bad review but this location gave the most nastiest attitude every single time especially overnight crew. I understand that it is late/early but my foods shouldn’t take 30 mins in the drive thru especially a small meal. I lost my patience with this location
Terrible management. Blamed us for him getting the order wrong that we repeated a couple of times in the drive thru. Then we were cursed at and basically called a liar at the drive thru window about ordering fries. I mean, this is absolutely ludicrous. We will NEVER go back to this McDonalds again. This manager that was on duty at 7-730pm at the McDonald’s on Parkwood avenue in Friendswood, should not work in customer service or around public at all.
24hrs my ***. Tried to walk in, say lobby is closed. Whatever. Anyways, I just wouldn't go here. While convenient, truly not worth going. Anything slightly complicated, they screw up. Don't seem to keep people long, so high turn out rates, which means bad management. Overall, 1 out of 5.
