So I ordered a large fry and a sweet and sour sauce instead of ketchup, they charged me extra .25cents for the sauce even though when they added it to the screen it said .00 .They(Daniel) still made it to charge me extra.I would understand the upcharge if i asked for two sauces or the ketchup and the s&s, but I didn't.It' doesn't state on the screen anywhere or in an asterisk that ketchup is the only sauce choice/option when paying for a French Fry.And if you wanna "it's only .25cents me" then why charge me in the 1st place?Also when I asked about the charge I found Daniel to kinda smug rude about it and didn't appreciate it, when I tried to justify my concern btw his shirt was untucked and he had no name badge.
What an absolutely horrible experience. The cashier and the person handing out the drinks were incredibly rude. Not sure if everybody's having a bad day, but I will choose a different fast food establishment the next time I am hungry. It didn't look like the establishment was busy, and we didn't receive straws which makes it hard to drink the famous McDonald's sweet tea.According to my receipt, I was at your store at 1:57pm on 5/21/2022.
Closed the dining area early when it says it’s still open at 11 and I come here at 10 and the doors are locked
My food was fresh and hot. I don't usually eat at Macdonald's anymore but I was pleasantly surprised at the service and the quality of my food! Great job Macdonald's, I'll visit this one again...

This particular Mc Donald’s Food is always cold and doesn’t taste like it’s cooked to order. Better experience on the 528/518 one.
Whenever we go here, they just ignore you when you try to order and you end up waiting a long time. We got nuggets and fries and the ketchup in the pump was so old that it had turned orangey-yellow with white dots in it! My husband works at a different McDonald's and was shocked at the service and also the old ketchup. He's Deaf and writes down what he wants, but they still end up getting his order wrong somehow at least half the time :/
If I could rate a zero I would. After waiting in the drive thru a ridiculous amount of time. We finally get to the window to not have our order right. Then to be cussed out, literally cussed out by the manager because he didn’t get the order right. He literally told us yo get out of the drive thru, and yo get out. We ordered a #1 with no lettuce or pickles and a coke…same thing I order every single time only be told that I’m a liar and I only ordered a Big Mac and a coke. I will make sure all 40,000 customers I serve a week know how we were treated. I am appalled and this manager at this restaurant needs to be FIRED!l!!!
Wish I could give it a zero stars but I have to at least choose one I ordered 8 meals none of the drinks were right or marked was supossed to have 2 Dr peppers a apple juice and the rest cokes buy i got all Dr peppers 1 coke apple juice was the only thing right was supossed to have 5 fries 1 large rest medium had to send them to get 2 more mediums because they were forgotten they were old tasting and cold had to send them back for missing burgers finally got those and they were cold also the chicken nuggets were hard as a rock old and cold so let's just say I wasted 60 bucks on food and that will be the last 60 they get from me I will drive out of my way the next time to go to a different one this is not the first time this has happened I have been trying to be nice and give the benefit of the doubt but 3rd strike your out and well this McDonald's is out for me
Horrible customer service here, every time I come they want me to park and bring the food out and the last time they gave my order to someone else and had to REMAKE my order again. I'm not happy with this location at all
