We came this place today, the employee was very stingy! We asked small cup and added at least 4 ingredients, the result was not enough ice cream in the small cup.
I usually live marble slab and it is a place that my boyfriend and I frequent, however, I would not recommend this location. The staff couldn’t even tell me what sizes they have and when we both asked for smalls/kiddie sizes, we were charged for a small and a large-which I didn’t find out until after I paid. They also lied about specialty cones being no additional charge, sneaking in the extra price without telling me. They were very restrictive about the mix-ins and seemed annoyed to give them to me even though that is the main reason to go to their establishment. They would not allow me to put more than two types in, and purposely scooped the smallest amount they could before piling the ice cream on top. The staff also was impatient and distracted, asking each of us our orders three times at each step in the process. We came at a slow time and they still acted like they didn’t want us there. If you want marble slab, do not go here, go down the street to Bay Area instead.
Worst place ever! Lady got upset because I asked for more almonds--said she was going to charge me more even though they advertise unlimited mix ins. Do not advertise unlimited mix ins if you are not going to honor it. She gave me a bs excuse that she needs to know all mix ins ahead of adding the ice cream. Damn lady, you aren't giving it for free--I'm paying! Made a face when I asked her for napkins since she kept them behind the counter. Avoid this place at all costs. Go to Thirsty's next door.
So I guess this store gives certain ubereats driver the wrong item on PURPOSE...came to pick up a order for a customer, MY NOTE showed variety sprinkles and I ASK her if she is putting the correct sprinkles on his order because she was putting BLACK SPRINKLES instead,she proceeds to point at the rainbow sprinkles and says "yeah yeah he wants these ones,needless to say,my customer text me upset his order did NOT have the proper sprinkles,I ASKED HER AS SHE MADE THE ORDER so now I see this was done on purpose to set me up for failure, how sad... never again will I pick up from here

Ordered the flammin hot cheeto ice cream. The cheetos ended up being stale/hard and they were the tiny bits that sit at the bottom of the bag. I walked back to provide feedback about the cheetos. I explained to the man the cheetos are too hard and he understood it as they were too hot. He told me bye have a nice day you should have known better. I rexplained what the situation was. The girl that prepared the ice cream understood what happened and offered to remake it with a fresh bag of cheetos but the guy continued to give me attitude flailing his hand to make me go away. I would not recommend this location ever. The man was rude and continued to argue.
I personally went there and it was clean and nice. The customer service was super nice. You just need to be clear what you need when you add or subtract your flavor. People who rated this location had intentions to get Icecream for free. They get confused when they order. Later, they asked them to add more and not willing to pay for what they have asked to add. Don’t believe in other person. Please go personally and try yourself.
Customer service is horrible and the ice cream is melted. I love marble slab but this location is horrible. The service and the ice cream.
The ladies working were VERY rude. I told them my order, paid than walked a few steps away to get out of others way. I took a bit of my ice cream and it was wrong. I waited for them to make the next persons order, which was my brother, before saying “excuse me, but I asked for kitkats not pecans.” I was not yelling or being rude about it but the lady started yelling at me. Saying that I asked for pecans and that I couldn’t walk away and eat some before coming back. I was just baffled that she was yelling at me for saying that they made a mistake. Instead of fixing it she ignored me after yelling. The other younger lady tried to give me one quarter of a KitKat but why would I need it when I don’t like pecans. What if I was allergic? After that they both ignored me. I simply left the ice cream I paid $8 for on the counter and left. A complete waste of time and money. Would not recommend this location to anyone.
Called to ask a question and the girl yelled at me that they were busy and hung up on me.The first time that I called she mumbled and I couldn’t understand her, so I called again and she decided it was ok to yell at me that she was busy and hang up on me.I suggest that if you don’t want your customers to call and ask where you are located, then make sure your address is correct in things like DoorDash and other delivery services.
