I ordered a gluten free pizza on phone and was quoted 16.99 and when i get there im being charged 3.00 for pepperoni which totals 20 bucks are you freaking serious and the pizza wasn’t even ready this is not how you do business, i instead got my refund and left!!

I love pizza. I eat it at least two times a week. A simple cheese pizza is a gift from the heavens. I've seen the signs around about how award winning this pizza is, so I went into the restaurant with those expectations. Maybe I hyped myself up to much or maybe it was just an off day here. I waited for 45 min to get a table. Sounds normal for something in this area. I ordered the traditional pizza and a margarita pizza. The pizzas did take a while to come out but you can't rush a good pizza. When the pizza came to the table I was excited. The traditional pizza was beautiful, a little thin on cheese but still looked beautiful. The margarita pizza came out a few minutes after. It also looked stunning. I pulled a slice and the cheese did the dance we all know and love. After the cheese had its stretch I took my first bite. The pizza was still a blank canvas. A hint of tomato maybe came through but it was quick and disappeared just as fast. The sauce flowed off the pizza with the same viscosity of water. But still no flavor. The best tasting part was the crust. It had a great chew and crunch. The waitstaff was not very attentive as they were full and only had a small staff this day, at least that's what they said. So I do not blame them. I do believe more staff is needed on a Friday night. My only other issue was the lack of air flow. The area I was in got quite warm with so many people packed in.All that said I would give the pizza a C- and the atmosphere a B+.

The pizza was AMAZING this is my new favorite pizza place!! I only gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because our silverware was not very clean! Pizza 10/10 as well as service!

Do not recommend!! Absolutely unacceptable rudeness from the young man who was greeting and servicing to go order. Totally unacceptable rudeness and unprofessional behavior. He had to be sent away from the restaurant area out of customer sight by the floor manager. Pizza had a burnt tasting black crust. Just a terrible experience.

If you know me, then you know I love pizza. My girl offered this place to go and get some take out. I ordered a pepperoni, sausage, & meatball pizza along with a white cheddar garlic pizza for her daughter. The meatball pizza was great, but my girl's daughter didn't touch her pizza. Which was overpowering with garlic taste. Which might of been a blessing. It was a good experience, but honestly I'd had better pizza.

After getting a reply from Grimaldi's I only thought it right to come back and give the full review. Here is the reason for my 3 stars. We arrived and the restaurant was for the most part was not busy. There were several open tables and by several I mean more than ten. We asked to sit on the patio which only had one table occupied. We were told by the host it would be a 10-15 minute wait. It was Friday night so that was better than most places. We truly had to wait almost 10 minutes not sure why. The waitress was pleasant. We told her it was our first time at this restaurant and she said "oh ok so you need to look at the menu" and she took our drink order and left. When she came back with the drinks she only had 3 of the 4, the one she was missing was our toddler's drink. This caused our toddler to have a complete melt down because he didn't get a drink like everyone else. Not her fault as it is a toddler but her fault. We asked her about some of the pizza she didn't really have anything to say about them. So we ordered our food and it came out quickly. We ordered an appetizer and a pizza. Both were nothing to write home about. The pizza was The Don. The sad part was the crust was truly my only favorite part. The sauce was plain the topping were lacking. Very little cheese almost like it had been pulled from the freezer. I had heard good things about this place and am guessing it was not our night for goodness. We as a family eat pizza every Friday night and our toddler lives for pizza. This is also how I knew it was not the best our toddler who can eat a mini pizza by himself did not even eat a quarter of one slice.Like I said it may have just not been a good night for them. I would maybe give them another chance but it won't be on our Friday night pizza night. Maybe lunch and I will definitely order something different. We didn't have a terrible experience it was just a 3 star experience.

The pizza was really delicious, my family loved it but my little girl wanted wings and they don't sell wings like other pizza places do. I still recommend.

The food was really good. We had the cauliflower crust and you would not even know!

Pizza was really delicious. Bar tender recommended a variation to what was on the menu and it didn't disappoint! Worth the $! Atmosphere was great too! It was Christmas eve and hardly any patrons. The "boys in the back" were singing with the background music. They were enjoying themselves, it set the mood. Fun, homey, relaxed.

Three Uber drivers were there and turned away when orders wasn’t ready. After it was finally delivered, ice cold. Be better when folks are dropping $100.00 on some pizza…
