If I could leave a zero star I would. I had the worst excuse for bbq in my life from this place. To make matters worse the supposed owner of the restaurant was incredibly rude and combative when ask for a refund. I have worked in the food service industry for over ten years and have been a general manager for 4 and trust me when I say Dickey’s as a brand dose not need someone like Freddy, or at least that is the name I was given representing your brand. Serving dry over cooked chicken and brisket while trying to serve sausage that is grey in color and has clearing been re used from the previous day is unacceptable. All would have been forgiven had this gentlemen offered to at least replace or substitute our meal if a refund is truly not possible which is a lie. But instead he choose to argue and slam the door behind me as I left the building. You sir mr Freddy the supposed owner need to do better.
Second time and definitely the last time I will come to this store. One in the heights is fair, this one has let me down for the last time. Patriot BBQ stand over off 2351 blows this place out of the water on meats and sides.
I had a very good experience at this dickeys. The store was very clean and the crew was attentive and helpful. I ordered the rib plate with potato salad and green beans. Everything was fresh, the ribs were moist and tender, the sides were very good as well. I would return.

There was no butter and hardly any cheese, no sour cream and no bacon bits. Normally when I go to Dickeys my order is on point but it's a different location. They charge you reg price for a kid's yellow up. I will never come back to this location.

We ordered two baked potatoes with chopped brisket and a kids meal. It was through doordash so Dickies called us and said their oven was broke so they couldn't make us any baked potatoes. We said that's fine cancel our order. They decided not to cancel our order and we're only going to give us a $15 refund for a $50 order. We had to contact DoorDash and let them know we canceled our order and went back and forth with Dickies and DoorDash to get a full refund. They told DoorDash they didn't have any baked potatoes while they told us their oven was broke. We work near the friendswood location and try to go there once in awhile for lunch but they hardly ever get our order correct. We will not be going back to Dickies again. Too much hassle not good service. None of this is doordash fault either.
This place has the worst sliced brisket sandwich. I have eaten at other Dickey barbecues that were good. I asked for a sliced brisket lean and trimmed. I got nothing but fat. Talk to the manager Freddy and the assistant manager and they told me that is what they serve. Brisket is fat. The menu says 6.95 for a sandwich it was $7.95. 2.95 for a drink. A waste of almost $12. I will never return to this location. I took a picture that I need to figure out how to post.Edit:It's been a week after I emailed the address given to discuss this and still have not heard back. . Apparently they do not care about their customers.
Great place to grab some quality BBQ. Was a little unsure at first but that initial greeting got me hooked. Their brisket was so tender and juicy with just the right amount of bark on it....definitely coming back.
This place is joke! We’ve had issues with the food but today was the breaking point we walked in at 830 open sign on but we were greeted with we decided to close early today because they wanted to leave and not help us
Pulled pork had a bad smell. We informed them so they could investigate. Employees were nice but didn't seem like they wanted to be there. Sides were ok. 2nd time visiting this location and unfortunately will be the last.
