The experience did start out rough. Ramon was not interested in being our waiter. When he came to order our drinks I ordered my twins pancakes and he rolled his eyes and teeth sucking sound. Then it took him 30 minutes to get our drink order and bring it back to us. Then my mother in law went to ask about our drinks and why it was taking so long when people around us who came after us we're getting their drinks before us. So the manger gave us Antonio (Tony) and the experience got better he was quick in getting us our drinks, food and was much more friendlier and brought atmosphere of a few notches with just smiling and being friendly to my twins.
Always treated like family. Love the experience every time I go with my mom . We are excited for what we order next love ❤️ the wait staff and the Managers there Manuel , Irma and Anna and the rest of the Gang. Especially the lady that cleans the tables they all make this business a fine working machine. Thank you guys for being a part of your lives . God Bless you and always keep that Smile you give us
This place surprised me instantly on how clean it was when we walked in. We were attended quickly and sat down at a booth. The the time we went was around noon and the vibe inside the bussiness was calm and not too crowded. Our waitress Ara J was an amazing waitress. They need to give her some sort acknowlefment for doing a good job. The food was on point of what we order and price is firm. They do need a front drive way in though from the feeter to the bussiness. I recommend they look into this. This place has really good standings. I recommend this location. I had The Big Dipper, which was excellent, and my visit was in the evening, but I was especially impressed by the service at this location. The manager, Jose, was very friendly and enquired about my experience a couple of times during my visit, and my server, Kelley, was awesome. I will definitely be back. 5 stars!
Service and food was on great. Our server Brittany was training and she did a great job making sure we were taken care of! This location is great ?
Loved the waiter, he was very nice and in fact out of all the Denny's I've eaten at this is my #1 compared to the one in Galveston. Food was fresh and the waiter and his mom was welcoming I had to leave a tip for great service. Good job. Wish I remembered his name but hey won't be hard to find the waiter and his mom. They had the biggest smile
They get 5 stars, because they were equipped with a menu for the visually impaired! The host took it upon themselves to go out of their way to get a Braille menu and then, made sure it was up to date! Service, food and Staff were Great!
Our server never came to attend our table...she did a terrible job. I waited about 30 mins for a refill on my drink and plates. The chicken fried chicken was raw and super hard. She never came to apologize or see if we needed anything. So I then had to get up to go find her and saw that she was too busy chatting with another table across the restaurant for a very very long time. However, I saw another server, Sol, who was very friendly and assisted us with anything we needed. The manager was also very helpful and apologized for the inconvenience.
This was easily the nicest Denny's I've been to in years. Most locations are old and dingy. I assume this is a newer location. Regardless, the restaurant is clean. It's larger than most locations. The staff were friendly. The food was very good. Will definitely visit again when in the area.
The waiter continuously got things wrong. No straws napkins or silverware until we asked for it. Food delivered to the wrong people at a table of 2. Both of our orders were incorrect. Fries raw, buttered toast with tons of butters-tons. Then tried to charge us for food separately that came with the meal.
