The food was a five out of five , but the cashier and manager only get a 2..... I have eaten at other locations plenty of times and my go-to order is the old school with bacon/cheese fries..... It's on every restaurant menu..... Even at this location..... So when I order it , the cashier tells me it was a limited time only. ??? I ask since when ? He asks the manager and again I get a ", limited time only" response . The menu says "new," ..... Not "new , limited time only"..... I ended up spending$20 for a sandwich , cheese fries and a small coke...... I'll skip this one next time I'm at the Mall..... It's good , but it wasn't worth the $20 ....
Put in $45 dollar delivery order more than an hour before they close. Order was cancelled 40 minutes before they closed on their end. Called to find out why and my calls were never answered. Waiting for my refund.
I had purchased the philly cheesesteak they placed it in a cardboard Box but because of the hot product causing the Box to soften it collapsed against the top of my sandwich causing the cheese to stick and by the time I got home the cheese had gotten hard and it was stuck to the Box I went back to the Box I went back to the mall because that's the closest one to me that's the closest 1 to me which is more than 7 miles away they did replace my order but did not compensate me in any other way due to the fact that they just didn't want to compensate me I guess But all in all the sandwich was awesome the replacement one that they made for me
Went in and ordered for my family, over half the order was wrong or missing. I returned and had to wait 20 minutes for my son's buffalo wings and by the time I returned got home again my sandwich was cold and what was once loaded fries had degraded into cheesy mashed potatoes. I haven't been this disappointed in food for a long time.
Food is decent, but as with any mall food overpriced.
I'd say this is the best / most authentic cheesesteak I've ever had ... I grew up on village pizza and seafood from their original location in league city and knew the original owner personally and with that being said Charley's is better

I absolutely love this place! I go all the time and sometimes only visit the mall for the food here. The staff is always friendly. Yesterday Fernando was extremely helpful, great employee.
Very delicious I ordered the large cheese steak combo. Will definitely be ordering again!
