Everything was delicious! The only thing my husband and I were cracking up about was that we ordered from this Whataburger twice. Once face to face, when the drive-thru speaker was down and the second through the drive-thru speaker and the same gentleman misheard our names for our orders. He heard “Keith” instead of “Katy” and “Matthew” instead of “Anthony” ? I just wanted to share this funny miscommunication between us.
Tasty food, especially for fast food. I had the Patty melt and it was really good. Friendly staff and clean environment.
I have avoided Whataburger for a long time. Every location I have ever been to has been so greasy I either did get sick, or get sick. This location on the other makes a burger the right way. Maybe they need to go to the surrounding areas and teach them how to make a proper burger.
WHATA MESS WHATA JOKE! This location is an absolute nightmare and THIS LOCATION GIVES WHATABURGER A BAD BAD BAD NAME.WHERE IS THE LEADERSHIP?The incompetence has been ever present for 6yrs now and I'm just disgusted with its inability to pull it together.I stopped going for years but that DP shake is addictive. Half the time it's not available due to machine being down.A SIMPLE PLAIN BURGER is too much to ask for from these kids playing games inside the kitchen as we sit in line for 30 min. We had two meals (one breakfast and one lunch) at Whataburger. The food was prepared exactly as we requested. The staff is very friendly (what Whataburger staff isn't?). Would definitely recommend for fast food.
Supposed to be 24 hours but we arrived at 11:30 to a closed dining room and the drive through blocked with cones. Tried to call them to see what the deal was and kept getting hung up on. No way to make money or to receive good customer service. They probably don’t care because their bosses aren’t local and they don’t know. Even google said they were open. We were traveling and were very hungry. Now we’re still hungry and now angry. If you’re going to random at least put up a sign. Lights were on inside and cars outside. Maybe goofing inside?? Rude! How is this place even making money?! Based on multiple other reviews I don’t think it will be long and they won’t be! Doesn’t take long to alienate your entire group of customer base especially in a small town!
Whataburger’s always so amazing. I got the avocado bacon burger I loved it my daughter did too.
Witnessed 2 people swear at each other in the drive through lol. Still good food.
If you’re going to channel everybody through a drive-thru, make sure you have a drive-thru and enough staff to support that. Don’t get me wrong. Whataburger true taste and style, but a drive-thru experience that makes you not go back.
We waited our turn on the drive thru only to get back to our hotel without our fries :/really? How hard is it to fill an order correctly? I called and of course they told me I could come back. I'm already in my room ready to eat! Get a better check system, because clearly what you're doing ISN'T working
