Hands down best food in town
Absolutely delicious food!!!!!! Highly recommend. Had red beans and rice with cornbread and ribs, collard greens and Mac and Cheese. You won’t be disappointed!
Y’all!!!!! I can’t say enough about Derek and What Cha Got! We came to the Munch Park tonight and I grabbed ribs, green beans, and mac from his food truck. So. So. Good!!!!!!!!!! Moist fall-off-the-bones ribs, spiral noodle mac w/ bacon, and fantastic green beans! Little man enjoyed the bones after, gnawing all the tasty bits off the ends. If you haven’t stopped by you’re missing out!!! F’burg - this guy needs a restaurant and he’ll never have an empty seat - come by and enjoy! Five stars is not enough to say how much we enjoyed What Cha Got! Photos so you don’t miss his trailer and a happy happy munchie boy. ❤️
Not only is Derek one of the best chefs in our county, but he is also serving up the best Soul Food in the TX Hill Country. This Mac-n-cheese will change your life.
Absolutely the best food at the food truck park! Fall off the bone ribs and stellar sides. Do yourself a favor and stop and try this!Edit: While the ribs are the star of the show the sleeper is the red beans and rice. Absolutely perfect!

Excellent southern soul food! We dropped by the Münch Food Park which has 6 food trucks offering a variety of options. We decided upon What Cha Got for lunch and enjoyed it so much that we returned for dinner too. For lunch we had chicken&waffles and pulled pork sliders with a side of delicious, brown sugar yams. Yummmmmy! We had to return for dinner to try the garlic parmesan and BBQ wings with a side of bacon mac&cheese. More yummmmmmy! The recipes are handed down from chef Derek's mom and he smokes all his own meat right at the food truck. We are just sad that we won't be around on the weekend when Derek cooks his mom's southern ribs. Great venue with picnic tables, covered seating, at night there's live music and a central bar.Safe Travels
