What a disappointment. We arrived for breakfast on a Saturday morning and were the only people in the dining room. Eventually someone came out to take our orders. There seemed to be several people working but they all kept disappearing to the back room. Finally they brought the food and disappeared again. I needed some condiments and as one waitress was greeting and seating another couple who arrived, I flagged her down and asked if she could send over our waitress. Again, they all were in the back. I did get the condiment that I needed and we finished our food. We waited a good while before someone came back out from the back so that we could ask for the check. As I said previously, a disappointment. They do have live music indoors and out during dinner and after. Of course after our breakfast disappointment we did not return for dinner.

This is our third time to eat at Western Edge and we highly recommend! Staff is always very friendly and we love the menu. Also love the great boutique right next-door to the restaurant! This is a great place to go with family or friends sit visit and enjoy nice food in a casual setting. I've eaten everything here from scrambled eggs to tuna tartar to salads. Very nice menu. We'll be back again!

Food and drinks were great! The Manager Ryan was Awesome! Super busy but still took the time to joke & make our visit perfect! Outdoor seating was Beautiful. It was very windy and cold outside but there were heaters and wind blockers so it was great. Sam Whiskey Band playing made it 10 stars! Great music and loved the space to dance too. Definitely will return!!!!

I don't recommend the steak and shrimp. We went for dinner and my medium rare steak was cold and slimy and raw in the middle. The shrimp was inedible tasting, freezer burnt, and extra fishy. The brussel sprouts were tasty and the live music was decent. The server was nice. I don't remember what my 2 companions ordered but neither of them finished their plates because it didn't taste good. Disappointing given the high price we were willing to pay for good food but not to throw it away.

Friendly place to enjoy good food, drinks and listen to live music. They know how to take care of you.

Do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else. My fiancee and I went to this restaurant on 12/24/21 and on 12/25/21. The first visit was for a late lunch and I ordered a shrimp po boy and my fiancee ordered the shrimp plate. My po boy was supposed to come with "remoulade sauce"....it was missing. So I asked the waitress for some tartar sauce but she said that they didn't ever any. How can you serve seafood and not carry tartar sauce? The shrimp were so crunchy that I couldn;t close the bun. I had to use the knife to cut up the sandwich to eat it. My fiancee then said that she thought her shrimp had the wrong batter on them. Then we realized that they were cooked with a fried chicken batter. To thick and crunchy batter for seafood. The saving grace was the bourbon bread pudding. So the next day we went back to give it another try. BIG MISTAKE! They were busy (Xmas Day). My fiancee ordered "Chicken fried chicken and cream gravy with mashed potatoes and green beans", I ordered "Chicken fried steak with the same veggies". Hers $15, mine $17. These came with a house salad, which we never got. When to food got to the table, it was almost cold. Been setting to long to get delivered to our table. The steak was the smallest size I had ever been served, especially for $17 . BUT the gravy was the worst, it was watery thin and white as milk, with no visible pepper in it. It wasn't seasoned at all, or they added so much milk to keep it thin for hours that it did not deserve to be called gravy. The green bean were fresh but the ends were not cut and the strings removed. A manager wouldn't even come to the table when the waitress asked her to. The waitress was very rude, the waitress the day before was very nice. I have read other reviews here and those with complaints the owner just cuts and paste the same reply most of the times "As you can see from our previous reviews we take great pride in providing an enjoyable experience for all our guests and we will strive to do better going forward." BULL!!!

Beautiful patio, excellent drinks, and the 4 cheese crab dip is to die for. We took the server’s recommendation and tried the bacon wrapped quail, and it was so good, we’ll be back for more!

We stopped here during a weekend trip to Fredericksburg. It is a good space with lots of cocktail and wine options. We enjoyed the live music and service was great. The food was okay. We ordered the fried shrimp basket, chicken finger basket, steak fingers basket, lobster mac n cheese, bacon cheeseburger and bacon wrapped dates for the appetizer. My kid liked the bacon cheeseburger, but overall the food was bland. The atmosphere and experience were positive though.

This place completely exceeded all of my expectations! We popped in to grab some takeout. The food was done super fast, the servers were very nice and helpful and everything was delicious. The lobster Mac and cheese and shrimp and grits were awesome.

Went to eat for 2 and ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich with a sweet tea and lemonade. We asked the waiter to cut the chicken sandwich in half for us so we can share the meal. The chicken sandwich listed on the menu is $15 but at the end of the lunch when the waiter handed our receipt, the buffalo chicken sandwich came out to $18, and the reason was because he said that it’s a $4 up charge for cutting the sandwich. Side note, he didn’t tell us this when ordering our food. What I’m trying to say at the end of this, is please look at your receipts when coming to a tourist town where they might squeeze in a extra up charge on any services.
