Food was delicious. We cleaned our plates. Food came out within about 10 minutes of ordering. Great service and great food!
had the maui mimosa and the big a** sandwich with sweet potatoes fries. bf had the blue cheese burger and we both loved our dishes. the lettuce was crispy and food came out promptly. over all a great experience.
Service friendly and efficient. Casual setting with patio and plenty of indoor seating. Not fancy but clean. Meal more than ample portions and ingredients fresh. You won't leave here hungry. So good tempted to eat there twice. Parking difficult but hotel parking next door.
Great breakfast and lunch spot with indoor and outdoor seating. The Benedict’s are creamy with perfectly poached eggs and the Brie appetizer is a sweet and savory masterpiece. It’s busy for a reason!
First time, and absolutely awesome! Every time we drive by this place, there are people standing outside waiting to get in. This, plus the reviews on social media made us want to try it. It did not disappoint. We loved everything about it and will be back for more!
This is a must stop in FBG for breakfast. Longer waits during past visits on the weekends, but walked right in to be seated on a recent weekday visit. Food was excellent as always and staff was cheery and fast!
My Wife and I shared a "Napa Spinach Salad"; Grilled Chicken, Spinach, Dried Cranberries, Sun-Dried Pears, Feta Cheese, Candied Pecans, Bacon, Red Onions & Balsamic Vinaigrette (Their Salads are BIG). At our table was their "Caramelized Banana French Toast"; Dipped in Vanilla & Cinnamon, battered and grilled. Topped with Caramelized Bananas. Also a Regular type Breakfast that I don't know what it was called and another Salad. ---Our 'Napa Spinach Salad' was really good and HUGE with Tasty Tender Chicken and all the other stuff combined made this Delicious. The 'Caramelized Banana French Toast' was Awesomelylicious - Don Loved it. Everyone enjoyed their Lunch and everything was some really good stuff. We have ate here before and keep going back - it's that good. They are Open for Breakfast and Lunch. The Food they have here is Awesome - Love the 'Big Ass Sandwich'.
Amazing biscuits and gravy plate!!! Super nice staff and the Owner was super nice and even thanked me for choosing her restaurant. Not only was the food amazing, they accommodated us for a large party very quickly and even helped my handicap dad feel comfortable. Hats off to this place! I'll ALWAYS come back!
We loved this place! The restaurant is known for their breakfast items and these did not disappoint. The Josephine was a fabulous choice. Fig preserves were served on the biscuit and was delicious. The Bourbon Street Benedict was out of this world. The seasoning on the shrimp in combination with the eggs and spinach…well it was the best. The waitress was so attentive and her suggestions were spot on. Will come back to this place again.
We liked this place so much, we ate here two days in a row! The second day was Mother's Day, and it was PACKED. This place is a popular breakfast/brunch/lunch spot, and it's easy to see why. Pros: -Quick seating available outside -Outdoor dining area is covered with lots of fans to keep cool -Delicious food, especially breakfast -Huge portions -GF options clearly marked, and they know which dishes have high risk for cross contamination. -Knowledgeable and friendly waitstaff -Quirky little cafe, a local experience -Shady waiting available outside -Our food was excellent to pretty good: Eggs Benedict, Ham Steak, Sourdough Toast, English muffins all excellent. Burgers pretty good. -Mango vinaigrette is pretty tasty! -Water carafes on the table when you start your meal, very convenient to stay hydrated. Cons: -Not a lot of parking; restaurant is attached to a motel (hence why a cafe called Sunset Grill is open 8 am - 2 pm, something I wondered about!) -Potentially a long wait to sit inside - this place is popular! -Only two individual bathrooms available - sometimes a long wait in a crowded restaurant, getting in everybody's way. Be prepared. -Mother-in-law's onion rings were a little...sad. Not fried well, not crispy, must have been the bottom of the batch.
