Tonight was a small order. After they brought me the wrong one first, and mine to another car. They remade both of our orders as we had touched them. Very promptly. And the cargo was curious, apologetic, and it wasnt even his fault. I gave him extra tip for being so kind. He deserved it. I usually have to wait a long time. Not this visit, even with the mix up
Worst experience ever! Did not add onions to coneys as ordered, did not give forks to eat those coneys with and did not give any of the marinara and ranch dips that come with items nor the ones they charged me extra for. All food was cold and tasted like it had been sitting there waiting to be thrown in a bag and sent out to a car. Thrived to call them about it and they do not answer the phone. Garbage!!!
Considering that I've been going to the Sonic since I was in high school. Consistently great service and good food. I did kind of dislike that there was a man in a zip-up jacket wasting time with somebody about having fake plants outside. I sure hope he wasn't management because it would be better to pay the employees more than buy another fake plant. Forgive his pay to the employees that do the real work.
Food was good but I waited for over an hour to get it. Checked on 5 different occasions to see about order to no avail. Had to wait because nothing else was open. Person that finally brought food out was very apoplectic but the experience was totally unacceptable ??♂️??♂️??♂️
Great experience. The guy who,took my order was also my carhop. He did a great job! It was nice to find someone who did a great job just as part of his job. I can recommend this Sonic to everyone w/o reservations.
Compared to other fast food offering in the city, sonic hasnt really kept up. The food is just omay compared to other sonic locations. The grounds are not very well kept.Service tends to be speedy and you get the value you pay for. If your craving sonic, this will satisfy.
Great overall experience. Food was hot and exactly as ordered. Wish parking was a little better at this location.
We were there Christmas Parade weekend and received good food and service fast!!!
So we had a hankering for iced tea and lemonade and went here to see if we could get it. In all my years we've never had a friendlier and nicer carhop take care of us, and I've been to a lot of Sonic's.
They got about every detail of my order wrong. Ordered a diet coke no ice, it had ice. Ordered cheeseburger without pickles, it had pickles. Forgot ketchup for the fries, and the fries were cold and stale, and my husband's burger lukewarm and dried out. Will never go there again.
